It was a good GameStop until the day that guy with the beard showed up one day he vaulted the counter to get over to my brother when he heard him say damn and Hell and just chewing him out just getting in his face leaving customers bewildered stating children could hear those swear words he forces conversations and waste time will probably bring up and brag about how he was a seal and how great his beard is and just one up and talk so loud you will not want to interrupt for fear of a scolding or beating when a new co worker under him had a question he wouldnt tell him he told one guy your in the hot seat you make the call it will fall on you! he told me wrong info twice on deals there I wasted alot in gas getting there to go home with nothing to show for it I have more but thats all Ill do.

Good amount of stock with friendly staff that always greet me when I come in unless extremely busy. Dont expect cash for trade-ins as they will only give store credit. Its best to wait until they have an event that will offer extra credit for them, such as an upcoming game release. You also get more credit if you are a a member for a fee of about $15 a year. Its well worth the money if you intend to buy several games in a years time. There is often special bonuses if you pre-order, sometimes ones that are specifically for Game Stop only.

The worst Gamestop I have been to. When I moved to Apple Valley I was excited to have a store so close to my house as I buy a lot of games. The employees here are very rude and unhelpful, and they act like all knowing game nerd kings or something. I have been gaming for 20+ years, shopping at Funcoland, EBGames (miss those days) and other Gamestops. Bloomington store is awesome, and Eagan is very good too. But I do not enjoy walking into this store at all.

Nicer than most gamestops with decent staff. Only complaint is the customers in there. Not a lot of friendly faces, a lot of people ready to complain and walk out in a huff. But thats how it goes in suburban areas where parents do the shopping for their kids and dont understand that their old system isnt worth anything, and that new games can be 60 bucks.

This place can be very hit or miss. Its good if you know exactly what your looking for or if you want to reserve something, however they can be very pushy about signing up for magazines etc. and recently I prefer other methods such as Amazon. Their game trade-in values is also one of the worst Ive seen.

The employees are nice and very insightful they will ask you right when you walk in the door with " hi know what you are looking for" its nice because not many places do that.

Reasonable prices on used games, its nice having a physical outlet for video games beside best buy. Not so great trade in value.
