Disappointed!!! Burned up our USB flash drive! He knows better. He has worked there for years. He did not sign out off the memory drive. He was in a hurry, we even reminded him just before he yanked it! This has caused us a lot of problems over the past year since then. The flash drive was almost a year old then, and only about 25% full. He had even warned us a few times in the past to not just yank it out. Always sign out. The print job was only a couple of dollars, but it has cost us so much more. Only a fraction of the data was backed up elsewhere. Guess we know why the store is normally so empty. We shopped this store since it was opened. Before that, we used the one off state line. Spent thousands of $$$$s over the decades!! The Raymore store had been slipping prior to this time. We have not been to an office max / depot since then. Im taking one of their employees advice. Best Buy and the internet have better selection and prices. You know,he has been right. It has been the best pointer, tip, advice, service, so forth that I had gotten from them in years.

I bought a dual file cabinet from office max. I got it all the way home and opened it only to find it was nothing close to what I picked out or as pictured on the box. What I received was a return or a quick re-box in the back of the store. This was obvious via what the hardware was packed in... A dirty zip lock bag. It was missing a drawer and was only a single non locking file cabinet. They acted so surprised that I had returned it. I packed it up and drove back across town to return it. When I arrive at the store it was pouring down rain as a carried the big a*** box back in. When I asked for a store gift certificate for my troubles, they said they could not do that. Then asked if I wanted to order it. I already had the run around and you obviously dont care about the time and gas wasted that I went through because of your incompetence, why the hell would I want to continue business with you?

I uploaded files online and when I arrived to pick them up they were all incorrect. The example on the cover page was right, just not what they printed. They couldnt reprint them for me because the printer is down. Manager Lynn spoke to me and apologized but never even offered a discount or refund. Now I have to wait to pick them up when the printer is fixed. The prints are for a birthday party and I still have tons of work once I receive the correct ones.
