I was in OfficeMax in Mankato this past Saturday afternoon (Nov.14, 09) looking for some help in making a poster with a verse printed on it out of a 4x6 photo. As soon as I came in I was greeted by a cheerful employee who took the photo and put it into the computer taking it to the size I wanted and printing the text in a color and size that made it most visible. Her time and patience in helping me was so much appreciated.. She made my day! I am definitely singing the praises of OfficeMax to my family and friends! Thank you for your wonderful service! C.M.

Everything here is more expensive than any other place. But they do have a good selection, just expensive. Their own brand products are cheaply made and break soon than name brand products. Avoid buying here if you can. AMAZON or Walmart has way better prices, but at least they match most items and places. Most of the staff just stand around chatting, but there are a few that are attentive to the customer, like they should be.

Wanted to buy toner for a copier they sold in 2009, they no longer carry it and wont make the effort to look and see if they can get it. I wont do business with them any more.

Clean, and fully stocked! And I probably had 4 people approach me and ask me if I needed anything. And I was only there 5 minutes. Great service.

Rarely anyone there. Not easy to find stuff. Registers always down or not working for staff. Seems weird for a place that sells computers!

Instead of just staring at me an employee saw me waiting and jumped on a register so I didnt have to wait. It was nice.

The print shop is quick and they are thorough. Also has a wide variety of office supplies that arent crazy expensive.

I love their price matching policy with Amazon. Saves a lot of money and you can buy locally and quickly.
