Shipped a package and simply requested that they update my email to send me an electronic copy of the receipt. The email never came and when I called to inquire, the woman who I spoke with acted as if it was a strange request and seemed reluctant to pull up my info and send me the copy of the receipt. When looking at the paper receipt from the register, I noticed that a random first name and address were entered as my info. After I brought this up, the woman said she was going to check something and I was immediately disconnected. I called back 3 times before returning to work meetings with no answer. I have no office equipment while working outside of my building to scan the receipt and send it to the home office of my company for reimbursement. They require an official document (no pictures from my phone or typing out the information in the body of my own email to them). This was a time sensitive situation and Im unfortunately unable to receive reimbursement this month due to the proper information not being sent by the deadline. Very frustrating experience that makes me reevaluate just going to the post office and waiting in the long lines there. Id rather do that at this point.

Iv had good experiences at this store in the past. Generally the people are nice. I recently went to this location UPS store to return some amazon packages. Not a big deal, I had 1 label ready and was going to print the 2nd one off of my email when I got to the store. I figured I would pay the 10 cents or whatever it was for a black and white print for my label. I get to the store and the first package is just fine but then I am told that it is a $5 charge to print amazon shipping labels! I was surprised because it is a simple black and white print job with and I have printed labels in the past with no issue. I wasnt about to pay 5 bucks for an item I paid 12 bucks for that I was returning. So I expressed my surprise to the clerk and just shipped the one package. I called a different UPS store nearby and asked if this was a UPS policy now. NO ITS NOT. Just this one location charges 5 bucks to print a freaking label. I will not be returning to this store. TLDR This store has a store policy for only this location that they charge 5 bucks to print an amazon shipping label. This is NOT a UPS policy and other stores dont do this. Drive the extra few minutes to another store.

My soon to be Wife and I went in here to print our wedding invitations. We brought in our own cardstock, we had the documents drafted up in word and we were ready to go! Zack helped us get started right away - helped us with a few issues Microsoft Word created, and helped us print some test pages to make sure everything looked good. After we printed them, he offered us their paper cutter so we can cut them down to size, see how they looked, etc. We spent almost 2 hours here that night with the printing and the cutting. Zack was nothing short of patient, polite, and professional. Even when dealing with other customers, he was super friendly and everyone that came in loved him! Between that, and the fact that each page was only 39 cents, way lower than we thought it would be, we actually went back the next day to do some more printing and had the same experience. We will be coming here for all of our printing needs, even if it wasnt 39 cents a page, you cant put a price on the amazing customer service we received.

Went to UPS to ship a package. Because I dont have a printer, I thought they could print the label. They wanted to charge FIVE DOLLARS to print ONE SHEET OF PAPER. Because I was in a bind, I had to accept that outrageous ridiculous price. And then I was the one who ended up printing it! Then, I realized the package was actually for USPS, so I went to tape the label on the box and the lady says, No. They have tape at the post office. Then she had the nerve to take the tape and put it behind the counter. ARE YOU FRICKIN KIDDING ME!??? I just spent five dollars to print a piece of paper and you cant let me use the tape, sitting there on the counter, to tape it to the box. Her excuse? "Well its not UPS". UNBELIEVABLE. What happened to customer service? What happened to doing something nice just because its helpful or kind or because you can? I will NEVER go there and I will tell EVERYONE at Edward Jones not to bring their business there either.

Shipped off camera valued at $8000 and shipped in original packaging as I had received it from UPS. Paid for shipping and insurance . The next day got a call from someone stating they wanted another $175 to put the package in another box which would have triple-boxed the item, $175 for a cardboard box! Turns out Fed Ex and USPS were far, far cheaper. **UPDATE** Took the packages to the Post office and got them mailed with no hassles and fully insured for $100 less. If you like poor service and high rates, the UPS Store is for you.

I went in to do some printing and Zack greeted me right away. He helped me get on the computer, make some changes, make sure everything printed fine, and I was on my way! The price for printing was way lower than I thought it would be, making me an even happier customer! Ill definitely be going here for any printing needs!

Its a hassle every time I go in there. Yesterday was the last. A UPS store that doesnt have blank UPS labels you can fill out to ship a package with a UPS account. Are they joking? The place sucks.
