I had a great experience at Sprint in Heritage Place (12503 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO) !!!! The customer service that I received from Mike B, Don, and especially Kevin T. was exceptional. I was switching carriers because I was changing companies and the prior company gave me a company phone. The HR person at my last company did not make it terribly easy for me to get my phone number switched from ATT to Sprint, however, Mike, Don, and Kevin all worked very hard to make that happen. Kevin was the one who ended up helping me setup a new account with Sprint. His customer service skills and knowledge were above/beyond what I consider good, they were extraordinary. I highly recommend this going to this store and working with the professionals who work there because of how incredibly friendly and helpful they are. the level of customer service has dipped in a lot of companies/stores, but that certainly isnt the case at Sprint in Creve Coeur. Thanks Kevin, Mike, and Don for all your help. I cant tell you how much I appreciate it!

Clayton at the Heritage Creve Coeur location helped me yesterday and today. He not only was professional, he was extremely knowledgeable. Clayton was respectful of what I wanted and needed to handle my business and personal life. He worked to provide me with the most economical equipment and services. I have been a Sprint customer for a long time. I did shop other carriers, but to very honest, one of the reasons I chose to continue with Sprint is that I know I call Clayton and he will help me. A guy named KEVIN at this store treated my neighbor so poorly... she had her phone on speaker and we heard the whole thing.. he hung up on her TWICE and was extremely rude to her.. then he flat out LIED and said that a manager was not there....when my neighbor went to the store, the manager is there in the store... so your workers not only are rude to customers,but they lie?????? He needs to be fired!!!!!! Will be sending a letter to corporate or a district or regional manager

The customers service at this store was amazing. I was helped by Kevin, Ryan, and Luke. They were amazing, gave me a great deal and were very knowledgeable. They also took their time with me (since the store seems very slow compared to others).

Ive gone into that store for 3 different EASY reasons in the past 6 months. Everytime I have been told "No, we dont do that in the retail store." Everytime I go to a different store and they do it right on the spot for me.
