If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally every time I set foot in this store they refuse to help. Sometimes they flat out lie. Help with a corporate discount? No. Help with changing a number? They told me that can only be done if you change to a package they are selling (which in case you didnt know is completely false, just call customer service). Help with a sim card issue? No. And then they berated me for not buying our new phones from this location. Gee I wonder why I didnt do that. If ever you have a negative experience with this type of store just remember they are not corporate and AT&T has no control over how these people treat their customers.

Finally resolved our issue with the credit although it took over a week and 2 trips. After all is said and done I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Ill avoid using names and dating we were lied to but the salesperson that we had to work with misrepresented a lot of what we were told that made us decide to switch. If you want AT&T I would strongly recommend going to the company store in Cave Springs and avoid this store like a plague. Other reviews of 1 star are spot on.

No return phone call after being told by manager he would return call. High pressure sales to add other items. Adding things to our plan that we didnt need. Not very nice when calling back for follow through. Not helpful when going back for 2nd time for help with new devices. Will go to another att dealer. Not happy with service at this location at all.

They are some of the least informed sales people Ive ever met. If your question isnt directly on the placard in front of the phone (and in the case of another customer, the info was) they will not know the answer.

Not very interested in helping with anything except to refer you to mid rivers mall phone accessories, met 2 customers from att earlier referee to the mall. Save time go there first

The employees are fun, personable, honest, and are always polite when I come in- I go out of my way to visit this store even though I live in ballwin.
