All right, so, we finally decided on a crib (Babi Italia) and drove 25 miles to this store because we knew they have it in stock (which was supposed to save us about 2 weeks of delivery time, should we have decided to order it through the nearest babies R Us). Exciting! Not until we opened the box to realize the assembly manual was missing.... Its not a particularly difficult piece of furniture to assemble but we didnt want to do trial and error assembly knowing that our baby would be sleeping in it. It took us about half of a day to finally get the manual (which couldnt be emailed to us or faxed or picked up at the nearby store), so another hour of driving and lots of time wasted... This store apparently doesn’t have a copier or a scanner. Imagine that! Luckily they have a phone. So, the manual was taken from another presumably unopened new box of the same crib so good luck to the next buyer... Later that day we decided to check whether we have all the parts for the crib, in accordance with the manual description. Surprisingly enough or maybe not anymore, we realized our crib was missing the "crib feet", those four cute finishes for the bed legs. Another call to a store. The first solution to this problem by a sales rep is order it from the manufacturer, which will take 2-3 weeks to get delivered...We insisted the store give us the missing parts from the same crib (from which we were already given the manual). 25 minutes on a phone, and the store agreed to mail the missing parts to us (at least no more extra driving). The morale: even you buy a “higher end” product, it doesn’t mean the quality or the accompanied customer service will be alike.

This store staff and even their managers do not care one bit about helping the customer. My husband and I on several occasions would have to hunt down a clerk for help. Half of the "call for assistance" buttons do not work and the clerk laugh when we told him we had been pushing it with no response. I did my baby registry at the store and when I tried to return a few items I got from my baby shower because my son was born almost 10 lbs and did not fit any of the newborn items, I was told half I could not because there was no gift receipt or that it was opened... I had to open some items to see if they fit. One item a baby tub which we got was pink we had a boy so we tried to return it. The MANAGER opens the box and tells us we did not include the instructions. We told her we never even opened the box the front shows a pink tub! She repeated to us "next time make sure everything is in the box" and said she would have to take it back as defective... We have never once had a good experience and have decided to shop at any other store than at this BabiesRUs. Do not do your baby registry here you wont be able to return mistake items you receive and anything else you buy unless it is grossly defective they wont take it back. If you want hassle free return for baby cloths try Kohls and for other baby needs try Target you can return items up to 180 days.

I felt confused when I was told I can only buy four cans baby food. They had plenty of those items on shelf, but tried to trick me. I just have a question for those two shop assistant who told me "not more than four" rule at babies R us, what else in your store I can not buy more than four? such a stupid rule and excuse. Though I got more than four finally, I felt deceived and confused. Most of the cashier in this store are nice, but not all. As I rated, I hate this place.

Some of the employees were great but that store manager of theirs a Caucasian heavy set lady was very rude especially when trying to help with a situation I had with a store order.My issue still wasnt resolved after 3hours of being in the store

Amazing service, was here buying stuff off a registry, and the staff was super helpful in helping me find exactly what was on the list. A little bit of a drive but the customer service was worth it. I will be back
