Its started off great fletcher took care of my fiancé and I with a good deal but a few months in things started to get real shifty and shady on the contracts and corporate end they started to switch up our whole contract and plan from the one we originally signed when we called them out on it and told them to put our plan and contract to the original one they became real shady and shifty about it all saying ours was expired blah blah blah we should have come into a store to change our data when we had done it online multiple times before and it never changed our whole contract or plan next step is attorney to file a claim and taking them to small claims court and doing whatever can be done from a typical company like this trying to screw over there customer for more and more money instead of honoring there word and contracts

Big issues changing from droid to iPhone. Took up a ton of time to get through but Rep. Tammy was fantastic. She spent time making things right. She worked past shift time making sure my phone was ready to roll. She was polite, answered questions, gave me full attention, and didnt pressure me to pick. She also looked up my business acct.and could see what we had on our acct. This helped me make decision that wouldnt get me in trouble at work. Id recommend this store over previous sprint stores. Tammy really new a lot and gave great service!!!!! This store is a kiosk style in a mall......not my ideal setting but customer service is WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

I went to the sprint store in West County Mall and Calil helped me. He was fast,efficient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Calil went out of his way for over an hour to help me activate a new phone. He answered all of my questions and even told me about a new way to protect my phone called tempered glass. By far the best phone service Ive ever had,I will definitely be back! I cannot say enough good things about this kiosk. If you are having issues with your phone service or need a question answered, ask for Calil Mcgirt.

V was my sales person. I came in for questions about my bill and actually wanted to cancel Sprint I was done with the back and forth from customer service. My bill constantly going up. I was told one price and never got it. I started working with V and she got my plan lowered, got me a credit, and attached my discount. Way to go V. Way to save a customer who already had her heart set on switching. Sprint you get another chance.

I was really having a tuff time to day and was feeling out of options... Until I came to this sprint... They made my day Calil McGirt was more then helpful he was concerned and he made a way for me to both feel better and get the help and service I needed! He took his time and Listen to me and then showed me the options I had... He handled everything thing with such grace Im leaving this place VERY VERY HAPPY !!!!

We have an incredibly wonderful experience with sprint! We live in a busy chaotic time- where having a cell phone is an absolute must! Sprint has been great to work with and in our large crazy family-- with multiple phones and busy schedules I can honestly say it has been a positive experience for all of us!i would most definitely recommend the west county mall sprint!!! Fletcher is awesome.

Seamless and exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my family. Robb was the most knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful salesperson. I would highly recommend this location and Robb for your next sprint visit. Fletcher was also working at the time and they both demonstrated professionalism and teamwork in assisting to ensure all my families needs were met.

We were leaving West County Mall and Calil at The Sprint booth stopped me with a big smile and tempting upgrade info. I decided not to but my daughter is on our account and decided to look into it. Ashleigh, the other rep was so on point with her and customer service skills that I havent experienced with my local Sprint in Maplewood in a long time. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!!

Today was a awesome day at sprint in west county mall they the best this one girl in there name Ashleigh he really funny and sweet she had us laughing the whole time if all places had people like her the world would be a much better place she really brighten up my day. I cant forget about the manger Calil he great he sweet as well. Thanks for all the help.

My wife and I bought iPhones yesterday and Keonna made the experience so easy and fun! She educated us and laughed with us a lot which was wonderful considering we took up 2+ hours of her day. We bought the wrong phones and had to go through the entire process again. She was just so gracious and helpful. Best customer service experience ever!

Came in the store in the mall a few days ago because I was paying to much on my bill. Talked to the store manager Fletcher and he helped me lower my bill. Came in today to let him know that he helped me and my mom do much. Ŵe will be adding two more lines later and will be doing it at this at his store from now on.

I was afraid that my daughter would eventually crack her screen on her phone then calil and chris showed me these awesome tempered glass screen protectors. I feel alot better purchasing these after these guys demonstrated their purpose and told me about the warranty. These guys display great customer service.

Fletcher was a huge help. We switched over two lines from two different plans with him and he was very knowledgable and friendly on anything we needed. Im not sure if Sprint has great training on customer service or if it was all Fletcher, but he made a great first impression with us for Sprint as a company.

I had a wonderful service tonight at Sprint. I came in just looking to change my plan and ended up leaving with both of my phones upgraded and added a new line for my daughter. The reps were great, helped us set up our phones and even put our screen protectors on.

The Customer Service here was Perfect!! I would Highly recommend Calil McGirt at the west County mall Kiosk. He was very helpful, fast, and I he made sure I understand everything I needed to know. I will be back soon just to see him especially THANK YOU CALIL !!

I was walking to AT&T to get my phone serviced and noticed a young woman with dreads interacting with another customer. She knew all about sprint phones and services. Now i think i want to switch. Will be looking for her next time im in the mall.

Customer service was awesome. Calil "Store manager" was very helpfull. Calil took his time to explain me the details and get my phone set up. I recommend this specific outlet for anyone who needs to purchase a phone or any other device.
