Shawn the incompetent manager, Matt the avoider , Cody & Nathan are the absolute worse! I would give NO stars if I could. I went into the store September 10 to inquire about the no overage plan for my account. Nathan & his very rude manager Cody kept trying to sale me a tablet! I said no to the tablet initially because I wanted to cut the cost of my plan. Nathan then made up a promotion to win me over. Stating that since I have uverse i could get the iPad & iPhone 7 download the uverse app, YouTube & Netflix with no affect to my plan. Of course at this point seems great since my Uverse account has unlimited data for what idk .. But whatever, so I leave get the iPhone , iPad & later that day Im getting a bunch of messages about overages ... At no point did he change my plan to the no overages plan, but I did get 255 dollars in overages. I go back to the store where I meet unhelpful Shawn who was then trying to sell me a more expensive plan instead of addressing my main concern of being sold a promotion that doesnt exist. Then he tells me "well I dont know what you want me to say".. I have him email the store manager Sunday at 1pm I gave them until Wednesday at 4 to call before I called. At no point did they touch basis with me or say what was going on. He didnt even care about my situation they left me on hold for 10 min. Its ok Ill be at the store on Saturday when everyone is in attendance. :) meanwhile Jhanet N on the Social media team was AMAZING!!! She took care of me after I went to complain on Twitter! But I still want Shawn, Matt, Cody & Nathan to take responsibility for their parts. Ive been a customer for too long!

I put my name in the queue and waited. And waited. While watching three AT&T employees "assist" one customer. And by "assist," I mean run their mouths. When I went back up to the door monitor and asked if someone was going to be able to help me soon, she said, "Maam, all my agents are with a customer at this time." While that may have been true, its not the most efficient way to serve customers if it takes more than one agent to serve one customer. And then, when the manager could finally break away from his crowd of friends, he wandered over to a couple of ladies who had entered the store two waiting spaces BEHIND me. When I motioned for him that I was next, he came over and tried to explain that he was simply greeting them . . . he wasnt helping them . . . and condescendingly explained that managers like to walk around the store and greet customers. Really? Because I havent seen you yet, and Ive been here more than half an hour, watching you greet no one but your other AT&T store employees. And then he asked me if I would just be patient, my name would come up in the queue and someone would be able to help me. I felt that a half-hour was patience enough. If I hadnt had to watch everyone chatting while we waited (as well as multiple other people), I wouldnt have been so mad. But, because I had witnessed this behavior, I was infuriated. I left without a phone. I will drive out of my way to go to another store. If youre in a hurry or want to be treated with respect, skip this store.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever seen. My husband came in today to ask for help. He is having signal and data issues. The 14 year old working there suggested switching the SIM card to a new one. After three failed attempts Seam the manager came in and was able to successfully make the switch. But that was all he was willing to do. When that didnt fix the issue he pretty much told us that he didnt care that we are AT&T customer and that he was unwilling to help. So even though we pay for AT&T 4G , the phone cannot receive the 4G and Sean the manager does not care. And BTW yes, the phone is an AT&T unlocked phone.

I came into the store simply to request information regarding my account, and right from the start a surly associate who expressed no desire to be there reluctantly agreed to help. Not only was she unable to answer my questions, the two additional employees that came over were very rude and unwelcoming. I eventually did have my questions answered, but it was a highly unpleasant experience and I would recommend at&t customers to choose a different store.
