We switched from ATT to sprint and have had nothing but great experiences at this store. We worked closely with Tom and he has been nothing but helpful. I have also worked with Clinton over the phone. Both have provided nothing but great service. We had issues with customer service at ATT so its a huge relief to be working with such great employees during our switch. We stopped in at a different location when I first got my galaxy s7 because I was having issues with transferring pictures over. This location just happened to be in the neighborhood we were in. They did nothing but try to sell us speakers, different phones, accessories, etc. What we thought would be a 5 min stop, turned into a 2.5 hour stop because they didnt was us to leave without selling us something. So a big thanks to the Fenton employees for making our experience great!!!

TERRENCE R. (According to the receipt I was emailed.) accessed my account without me in store and allowed my brother (not me, the account holder) to initial documents for my account. I had no problem authenticating over the phone for a swap, but I didnt realize he would allow someone else to sign documents with my name on them. The copy I was emailed clearly shows someone elses initials. He also charged an activation fee to my account for a device that was purchased at full MSRP with no upgrade applied. Do not make the mistake of going to this location. There are much better Sprint stores out there!

I wish I didnt have to give one star. This place has caused me to spend a lot of time that I didnt have on attempting to correct their mistakes. The "lead sales rep" and Store manager gave me the absolute worst service Ive ever received in my life. They refused to sell me a phone I purchased online. I never thought I would have to deal with such uncaring people in my life. When thinking of switching to sprint I told a friend to do the same. She got her phone today and the service she received was outstanding. Needless to say she went to a different Sprint.

So just overall never sprint. When i signed up i was told i was getting month to month. Then i got the bill, tried to cancelled, was denied. The person who helped me told me it was his last day, he lied to get commission, or whatever the reason. So dont do sprint, its a rip get the actual month to month from walmart or wherever. Im almost done with this plan, and i cant wait. My friends spend maybe 400 on a phone then 25 dollars month. I hope this helps.

This store should restaff completely. Thank you for giving my hubbys--the account holder!--EX WIFE his account information, password and pin, etc, so she could shut his phone off. Your sales representative has been recorded and put on Facebook for the world to see. Absolutely terrible. Corporate didnt do a thing to help either.

They told me they didnt have a phone and then ask can you call to see if any near by had it he went in the back called the stores he stated and said they were out aswell. Then I called same stores and they magically had one so only reason Ill go in there is there close if they dont have it Ill call the other stores myself.

What is going on in this store? Is the only question I can ask. They have employees wearing different name tags and flirting with each other behind the counter and cannot process a simple return. The customer care line is not any better. Dont go with sprint.

Poor customer service. No followup and dont return calls. Dealt with Jason B. and could not get manager Andrew to return my call. Cannot get them to call u back once the ink is dry although they encourage you to call.

Terrible customer service and they will do anything and everything to make sure you dont get helped out. I would never reccomend going to this location have had nothing but bad experiences everytime i go.

my phone/contract was up for renewal in 6 weeks...loking for a refurb phone to hold me over. they were absolutely no help.....offered no solutions or assistance...will go with another carrier.
