They were extremely friendly and helpful when we initially went in to get our phones upgraded to the note 7. Once we received the recall notices, they stopped being even remotely helpful. They told us that we needed the original box it came in to return it which is absurd since Samsung constructed special fire proof boxes that they are supposed to provide us. I had called several times at different stores to see if this was their policy, they said no but since we got our phones from this establishment, we wanted to return them here. I had my friend and myself call this store to see if we needed the box, they said no so we came in then upon arriving, told us we needed the box. After this ordeal, one of the managers/associates, Mandeep, told me that they only had iPhones in stock. I have never heard of this. Since I did not believe him, I called them and they said they had many phones in stock. Dont come here if you want consistent help. They arent concerned about you, just making their money.

I have been to several Sprint stores in the St. Louis/St. Charles area. I was looking for an option for a couple new phones and wanted options that would not increase my monthly bill by much. I left ever other sprint store unsatisfied but the 1377 Bass Pro Store had 2 employees that did everything possible to assist me. They talked me through options, gave suggestions, they treated me with more care and kindness than any other sprint employees in the area. Blake Kettle and Elijah Acuff made my day, month and year. I found my home base Sprint store from now on. I recommend Blake and/or Elijah if you want service where they are not just pressuring you to buy but really trying to take care of you. 10 Stars!

Ive visited the Sprint Marshall Store in St. Charles on several occasions and the customer is exceptional. In particular Sales Rep Lance Gerst is so knowledgeable and helpful its amazing. I purchased the IWalk portable charger and referred the product to my coworker. The charger has the capability to charge both Android and IPhone, its portable compact, and convenient. I highly recommend this product and Sprint location!

I couldnt have done this without John. I went to the other store the other day and they were busy. I am so glad I made an appointment online an came to Marshall Wireless. They are a Great Staff!!! I will always come here. THANKS A BUNCH!!!

Very helpful staff! The two guys working there on February 18, 2017 were busy but they made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. They kept their cool and didnt seemed overwhelmed at all:)
