Went into the UPS Store owned by Jon Foust and was greeted by rude, obnoxious employees. I asked if they performed certain services but I was told that I was too late for that service today, that they end that service at 5:00, (it was 4:50pm) and that they would no longer be performing it that day. I informed the employees that it was not yet 5:00 and that according to the website they perform this service until 6:00PM. The employees that became hostile and demeaning. At this point I became upset and asked to speak to a manager. A young punk kid spoke up (who acted like he was either high or drunk) saying he was the manager, still giving attitude. I said, ok, well who is your owner, my wife worked for a USPS store and I knew they where franchised. They gave me a card, and said they would call him. I waited for 20minutes, getting more and more upset, only to finally be told I was to get out. I said simply what have I done wrong. I was misinformed by a representative of this store what time they did a service to, when I got to the store I was again told they did it until 5:00 and not 6:00, and than was harassed when I said it is only 4:50. The power Jon Foust than called the store back, had the punk "manager" give me the phone and than was verbally abused, told to leave, or they would call the cops not even letting me explain to him my side of the story. Totally unprofessional, would NEVER do business with.

This place makes no sense... I get there at 7pm and they close at 6:30 which I had a feeling they would probably be closed since it was getting late... no biggie I thought... Surely a UPS Store would have a drop box for such situations... nope, they dont. I was pretty much shocked... I couldnt believe it. I recommend having your prepaid labels and business done with Fed-Ex. They have a drop box, and an in-store service at the Office Depot/Max in the Walmart Parking Lot. MUCH, MUCH more convenient considering most people dont get off of work until 5-6pm. They have a drop box, in-store service, AND stay open till 8-9pm at night. If you want to be a mailing station open before people go to work and stay open after they get off work and provide drop box services 24 hours a day. All I wanted to do is drop my package in a box and go about my day - instead my Tuesday evening was spent Googling on my phone to find a UPS drop box which was quite a task... terrible, just terrible...

Absolutely hate this store. USPS has terrible service and I try to avoid it like the plague, so I went here to mail a package to India. Spent $80 to send some documents within 3-5 business days. It has been 12 total since and about 8 business days and no delivery yet. I realized later that in fact that this store sent my package through USPS??? I thought I was at a UPS store!!!! They have some sort of tie up and not even mentioned anything! They mailed my package exactly through whom I did not want to use! Utterly disappointed and will never ever use a UPS store from now on. Fedex though a little expensive is far reliable and I get a piece of mind.

I gave them a package to return to the sender and asked them if I needed to pay a shipping fee and/or get a new tracking number. Once I was told no and I was good to go, I left. It has since been 3 weeks and the sender has not received my package therefore they cannot refund me. I called UPS multiple times and they cannot do anything about it nor have they apologized or tried to fix the problem/make up for it. Therefore I lost $120 since they lost my package. Do NOT trust UPS to return your packages. They cannot seem to keep track of their packages, even the most expensive ones.

I am sure there are some bad experiences and usually those are the ones that take the time to write and be negative. I just want to say I have been a customer at this store for years and the owners Hemet and Anita were fantastic and always helpful. Never had any problems and I heard many customers say the same thing. I have come to learn they have sold their UPS store to Joe who seems to be a great guy also. I look forward to many more years doing business with this UPS store!

I called to request a mail box for a month while visiting. I was told 6 months was the minimum but they would accept packages for $5/each. Joe, the owner, put my name on "the list". Two weeks later Joe refused a package saying, "You called a month ago. We took your name off the list." Despite an immediate call to FedEx my package was returned (ordered with free shipping). DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ill use USPS general delivery for free next time.

I would recommend this location to anyone. I travel often and use FedEx office and UPS stores to prepare presentations and have them mailed. I was operating on a tight schedule and the workers here went above and beyond to ensure I had EVERYTHING I needed, helped me prepare my presentation, and even GAVE me their office supplies because they were out of stock. Great experience. Great people.

Huge mail security risk! Owner and staff fail to check IDs when picking up mail after I REPEATEDLY asked them to do so. After losing trust in leadership they would NOT refund over 5 months of box service. I should have never made a long-term investment in this place.

I would recommend putting a drop box at this location or somewhere in St. Charles. Its nearly impossible to make it to a drop off when people work 8am to 7pm. Thanks!
