I didnt not always care for this place. I thought the food was alright n the service was mediocre and sometimes rude. However I came in here with my mother today. Im eight months pregnant so I was starving and I prayed the service would be better. Today I was highly impressed. The two hostess girls Alexis and the other girls name was Malachi I can not remember... But they were super friendly and sat us down right away. Our waitresss was named Kaylee and she was very nice and took care of me. I hoped I wasent too much of a pain lol. I enjoyed my experience today and would like to come back because the service is soooo much better along with the food

Today I took my sister, sister-in-law and 92 yr old mom (she loves the pancakes). Todays experience was horrible from service to food and the noise was crazy - you couldnt even hear the waitress. Evidently they were short staffed so that is to be expected from time to time but ---my egg sandwich was ordered over hard and was extremely runny and cold. The hash brown casserole which is normally enjoyable was the burned dried edges of the pan. It was an unacceptable meal, Mom loves the pancakes and thats why we take her there but she said they were not good at all today. We probably wont be going back after years of going there.

The food was awesome the service not so awesome our waitress CINDY decided to leave without letting us know and we sat there for a long time until a another waitress came and gave us the bill we had ask KRISTA for a to go box and she said ok and never return I had to get up and ask another employee for a to go box. So went to pay the cashier ask the question how was everything that when I told her what had happen and we got the drums taken off only and she had ask if I wanted to leave a tip I said no. So if you go to Cracker Barrel make sure you dont get CINDY as your waitress

food is always good....sometimes the chicken tenders are undercooked.....only issue is with pick up orders....they say 10 to 15 minutes so I give them 30 and the orders are never ready and depending on who checks you out they may or may not call back to the kitchen and let them know you are there......can be very frustrating when you only have a 30 minute lunch....and when you ask just for your money back and to cancel the order the manager always has an issue with that...

The absolute worst cracker barrel i have EVER been to. They upsell an item then when you order it they tell you they are out of it after you wait for 30 minutes for the food... Then you order something else and they screw that all up. Then the manager is a complete rude incompetent man who will just tell you sorry very ingenuinely and walk away. This place ruined cracker barrel for me. Very poorly ran.

My boyfriend and I was there this morning... while it was clean the service wasnt good at all. We were seated along with 5 other tables. We got our drinks quickly. Then we waited for about 15 minutes to have our order taken then waited another 30 minutes for our food.. the other tables had literally got their food and ate before we got ours. We wont be going back to that location again.

Very easy to get to, next to St. CHARLES Convention Center. All the ways very friendly at this location. Food is wonderful, service is fast and friendly. The mens restroom is always clean and has plenty of room for handicapped people. Although we wish they would put in an automatic door, so people in weelchairs could get in the restroom on there own without any trouble.

The whole experience started off with complete confusion on their part, it took about 10 minutes just getting on the waiting list. Then once we were seated, it took about 15 minutes to get to place our order, then another 30 minutes to get our food. The food was good, the restaurant was clean but their service was definitely lacking.

I love Cracker Barrell wherever I go. But this one has some great employees working there. Our favorite waitress is Cindy. We come in and we do not even have to say anything and she knows what we want when we want it. She has a great personality and makes the dining experience so wonderful. Oh the food is great as wel!!! ;)

Most times the service is good, not great. There has been times the food takes a while to get out, but usually they are pretty good at getting your food timely. If you do not like country style cooking then this is probably not your place. I think they do a great job at preparing this style of food.

At this location everyone runs around like chickens with their head cut off, no one knows what theyre doing. The servers argue with each other and the host/hostess. They almost never have a clean table ready. The food is under cooked sometimes and the manager, Kevin, is very disrespectful.

Weve been to this Cracker Barrel many times because we live close. Very slow service every time. We even called in an order today hoping for faster service. Nope. Waited 30 min for 2 orders of French toast! Unbelievable! Delicious food but bad service.

The food was good but the service was not. Weve gone several times now and the server just seems to forget about you. No refills unless you ask and then that takes a while. Just dont seem to be customer focused 100% That was probably our last visit.

Placed my to go order over the phone. Was promised 15 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant and waited at least 30 minutes. Manager didnt even apologize for the lateness of my meal. I only go to this one because its closest to my house.

Good place for comfort food. There are two in St. Charles county and although both are good we like the one off 64 in OFallon best. Seems like service is just a little better and with everything else being even that makes a difference.

This was my first time ever coming to a Cracker Barrel our server Aairyn was absolutely amazing. She is what made the experience a 5/5. The food was also amazing. If I ever come back I will definitely come here. Thank you Aairyn

Was just served by Heather. She was the nicest server with a welcoming smile. The food was good, at a great price. I like that Cracker Barel is more authentic than IHOP. It really feels Midwestern. Will come back again!

Allins Diner is only open for breakfast & lunch. Totally worth the drive to eat Allins soup alone--there are 3-6 different varieties available everyday. The menu lists 40+ soups that they make on and off all year long.

The Wait Here Is Not To Bad It You Go Around The Early Dinner Period Because You Could Be Waiting A Bit But The Food Is Excellent And The Bathrooms Are Clean. Plus You Can Buy The Game Jump All But One At The Giftshop.

Will say it has good food but it is a little worn down from volume of business over years and it is a cracker barrel thing but please reduce the amount of stuff you have to fight though to get to the restaurant!!
