I am 26 from England f. I came here today because I smelt an oil smell in my air vents. This awsome lady that works there she has beautiful eyes she sent me over to the mechanic where he told me my husband forgot to put the cap on the oil tank so it had been spilling so I went back and she ordered me the part. she also put it on for me ! very good customer service she was funny and awsome :) the other guys were friendly and helpful too :) thanks it solved the problem :)

The blonde manager always has attitude and acts like you are stupid. Even the most simple questions every time I go into the store she has an attitude. I ended up going to another location or just going to the Oreileys up the street. How she still has a job? No clue... Im thinking this woman needs some sort of evaluation or customer service training. Or just keep her in the back. 1 star.

No one greeted me...the guy that checked my engine light plugged in the cord...unplugged it didnt say a word and walked away. I walked behind him assuming I should follow...he still said nothing..I then asked if its my oil..thats when he began explaining..smh..I guess he had other things to do. My first and last time coming to this location!

tells customers they dont know what they are talking about, spreads rumors about auto techs in the area, and sells parts customers dont need. if you like to waste money on things you dont need... this is the place. they hire anyone off the streets, even if they never popped a hood in there life. what a waste. never going back again.

Not sure what happened to this autozone. Was nice and helpful place now employees running around like they dont know what there doing. Took 25 minutes to check out after buying a alternator the lady helping us stopped 3 different times to tel others to wait there turns haha only to have us move to 2 different registers to check out

They deliver parts for our oil change store quickly and reliably. They make an effort to help us serve our own customers with an unlimited supply of filters and parts. The day staff is friendly and for a parts store - theyre pretty much 100% on parts selection and know what theyre talking about in a real world level.

They didnt know what to do, and put me on hold for a manager. When someone picked up and said hello, before I could respond they hung up on me. Called another location, and they have the motorcycle oil filter I needed. Wish I could go to my neighborhood autozone. Instead, Im headed across town.

Had battery I needed, was able to test and replace so I didnt have to get myself dirty doing a DIY. On the downside, I think that AutoZones battery quality has gone down measurably in the last few years, and I will likely not buy a battery from them again.

Needed to replace a battery I purchased here. They looked it up for me and it was under warranty. They replaced it at no charge (ha!) and recycled the old battery. The service was quick and efficient.
