I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating. This business would receive it. The present management is TERRIBLE. The girl thats there and claiming she is the manager has ABSOLUTELY NO management and customer service skills. I went there on Thursday, June 29, 2017, to purchase a $200 battery for my New Truck. I received the worse customer service ever. The staff and management some years ago was excellent. There was a Hispanic lady there and a guy who offered the best customer service but I was told they were promoted. One was transferred to the branch on page. The black girl at this Breckenridge branch now is terrible and needs to be removed.

I was returning a O2 sensor and the lady behind the counter was very rude. I had bought the item installed and cleared the code. 2.days later the light was back on for the same problem. I bought and installed a new factory one and it worked fine. She went on to say they just want to sell you another one this one worked just fine. If this is how you do business arguing with customers you will never get my business again.

Unfortunately, it depends on whose working the particular day you go to this store. Ive been there and gotten confusing and conflicting information about the "check engine" light. Another day I went and the gentleman (older person around 50) knew his stuff. Was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. If I go back to this location it will be on a day when I KNOW the older, more experienced staff member(s) are working.

Clerks on telephone are impolite and do not inform you that they have other customers ahead of you and then put you on hold for three to 5 minutes. Need re-training.
