Went to AutoZone on Lemay Ferry looking for a tool to remove a bolt so that I could take out and clean the rear seat belt on my Toyota Corolla. I figured this was a simple thing if I just asked the right person. Unfortunately, the right person wasnt on duty. The guy who was on duty just said, "oh, theres no way I could know that. Sorry." So I left and went a few minutes down the street to OReilly auto parts. The guy there went out to my car to see what the bolt looked like, went back inside to find the necessary tool, and even loosened the bolt for me. It was a small matter, and an inexpensive tool, but service makes all the difference. Now I will go to OReilly for anything I need for my car.

I go to the Auto Zone on Lemay Ferry Rd. and have always gotten fast and friendly service! When I ask for help in deciding between companies that make the part I always get great advice, not advocating for just the most expensive part but which one will give the best performance or work the best for the price range I can afford! They have always asked if I need help with installation and have even come out in crappy weather just to loosen a cap that I could not get off!

Worst customer service in town. The manager himself does not know how to take care of customers. Instead of checking out people in line who go their stuff ready, theyre sitting on the phone talking to ppl and the other worker sees that there are people waiting and STILL goes to the back. I waited literally 20 minutes just to buy some spray. And its not the first time this has happened. Ill be taking my business elsewhere close by for my auto part needs.

Asked if they could hook a pressure gauge up to my air conditioner to see how much freeon is in there and they claim that it dont work that way and I know it does I just dont have any gauges of my own first of all they never want to do the free testing they offer and second I usually always get the wrong parts that I order

Webt to find out why my car wasnt starting up if it was my battery or alternator they told me it was the weather and it was completely fine!! Go to Orielys and they tell me my battery is completely dead wow!!
