My whole experience here was WONDERFUL!! While I was shopping, I did notice some other shoppers that were not so friendly; however, the staff went above and beyond treating everyone with the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I worked with a nice young lady named Marissa W. Not only did she show me where to find what I had come in for, but she also recommended other products that I LOVE! I have a few scars I have always been embarrassed by, and she showed me an easy, fast way to cover them up right in the store, and she was super discrete about it. I WILL ALWAYS recommend the Manchester location, as well as Marissa. I have been in a few times to see her since, and she was just as friendly as ever. Not only that, but she remembered my name c: Great job to every at this store! You have an amazing staff, and Marissa is a VERY valuable asset to your company.

Not very friendly girls here. Not sure if they are understaffed, or just not eager to help people. Make sure you also dont ask someone in hair care for assistance because they will go off on you because they are only in the hair, department. Its nearly impossible to get someone to help you, and when they do, they act like youre inconveniencing them. I spend a lot of money at Ulta, and typically go to the Fenton location with no issues... The girls at Fenton have even called around to find a product for me at a different location. I was told at this location to call before I drive here... Im just very turned off by the customer service here. If you dont want to help people, pick a different industry.

I go here for the Dermalogica brand only. The last time I got a lotion the plastic sealant on the bottle was broken. So I went in to return it and get a new one. The girl went in the back got a new bottle said she checked the sealant and exchanged it. I get home and realize its the SAME effin bottle I returned with the broken sealant. I noticed the dent on the box was in the same place. The dumb blonde cashier gave me the same item when I came in to return it. They need to pay way more attention here. Or when someone has to drive all the way back from home do something for them. Not just a sorry.

Stood at the counter with my one piece of makeup and cash in hand for several minutes. Finally an employee walked up to the counter... Only to flip through a catalog while I still stand and stare at her. Finally another employee walks up, with an attitude, and says she can help me at the next register. No more than 5 seconds after the second employee starts to help me, the woman looking through the catalog walks away to greet someone at the door. Did I miss something? Are some employees not trained to use the register? Needless to say, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I paid $25 for an OPI gel manicure at Ulta the day before I left for vacation. The polish on my index fingernail chipped within 24 hours of getting the manicure. Two days later the polish peeled off when I reached into a suitcase. By the end of the week six of my nails had no polish. I realized that the person who did my nails had not cleaned my nails after applying cuticle cream and filing. The polish did not adhere to my nails because of the residue. This was a waste of my time and money. I will never go back to Ulta for any reason

This Ulta Beauty store is so convenient! It has a large parking area, which helps too. :) I could find my way around the store so easily, and everything is labeled! Also, the employees were so nice and helped me find the perfect products. I would recommend this store 100%!

I got a hair consultation here and the women were so considerate of the fact that I need to be warned if a man comes in because I cover my hair. Unfortunately it was too expensive for me to get my hair done the way I wanted...
