I love Home Depot and still aways shop there but this location doesnt seem to be able to do any services. I ordered a garage door and wanted install. They didnt know how to set it up. I ended up calling another location and they fixed it for me. That delayed my install a week which is a problem when your door is not functioning. Oh well forgive and forget. I decide to invest in new granite counter tops. I go in on the last day of the sale and am told to come back in a bit because nobody knows how to ring me up. I come back in an hour and am told I have to drive to liberty because the guy that knows how to do it isnt here. I go to liberty and have a great experience. Fantastic staff. Management in this store doesnt care and wont call you back if you have issues. Go to Liberty or Tiffany springs instead. Again home depot is fantastic but of you need anything other than impulse items is go across town.

I will NEVER go back - if there were a minus star, thats what I would pick. This store is terrible - terrible at being out of EVERYTHING I tried to buy, from window shades, the color of window hardware I wanted, the bathroom shower kit I needed, and we were stalked by people who were supposed to ""help" us - cut trim pieces wrong - I had always heard measure twice, cut once, harassed at check out about paint I brought into return, but they wouldnt let me return because it was a color they had mixed, and then when I tried to leave the store after shopping, wouldnt let us leave with it until I could find a receipt. Even Walmart can manage putting a sticker on something when a customer comes in for it. This store is terrible. Never going back to this store, ever again.

AVOID ordering online from Home Depot. You will never get your item unless you will follow it up from their Home Depot warehouse to their Shipping Company terminal. And they are quick to charge your credit card. Customer service reps are not helpful at all. After 14 days of waiting and 4 phone calls made, Home depot finally gave me the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number but NOT the status of my item. They kept saying, we will make a follow up and email you the details. Plus the shipping carrier theyre partnered with has a very poor poor service. This has been the worst experience I ever had. HOME DEPOT and ESTES SHIPPING sucks!

I walk into a place like this and feel like everything is out of place. The items you tend to need most are located in all the wrong spots where you have to ask one of the hard to find reps why they keep everything out of order. The entrance is awkward. You part on one side of the parking lot, either close to the entrance, or close to the exit. In the summer they dominate the parking lot in the middle with outdoorsy impulse things. Isles tend to be cluttered and some items are either way out of reach or so low to the ground you miss them when looking. I try not to shop here for the most part, but sometimes things just break.

Went in looking for a roll of white paintable wallpaper. Told by the first cs rep "we dont carry wallpaper." Explained to this man this product was not a typical wallpaper and I had purchased a roll from their store previously. He stuck with his claim. I pulled my phone and found it online. I suggested to him he MIGHT consider directing CUSTOMERS to their website in the future. We then headed to look at light fixtures. Deciding to head to another HD store, we headed out through isle two. Guess what we found in Isle 2 ? The WALLPAPER I needed. I will NEVER shop at this HD again.

Dreaded going to a new Home Depot because the thermostat I needed wasnt in stock. A super friendly guy took me to their service counter where they had them, compared a couple things with me between different generations then double checked the in store price to the online price. When the in store price was more than advertised he fixed it with a discount. I finished my transaction and he shook my hand and smiled while thanking me. I will totally make the drive here if anything is out at the store closest to my house.

I phoned the store at 5;30pm on Saturday to make an enquirey about blinds. I had called the midtown Home Depot and had been cut off twice and spent 8;00minutes on hold on my third call and so I decided to call the Gladstone branch. As of typing this review I have been on hold 11minutes. I hope this means the economy is rebounding because the battery on my cell is running low and I am looking for something positive from this frustration. It is now well over 12 minutes...I am hanging up.

There was certain things I needed and I found the item online and the site even told me what isle to find it and what specific area of the isle it would be. I was suspicious of whether or not the info was correct but I drove to the store walked straight to the isle number and the area and there was the item I wanted. Loved it! To the check out and out of the store in no more than 10 minutes.

Customer service is non existent. Store is terribly understaffed, good luck getting help or having any of your questions answered. Theres an older gentleman that works there that is the rudest of all, he always has something better to do than to help you. Save yourself the time & agrivation & go the Lowes 5 minutes down the road.

This is my favorite hardware store! I remodeled my whole house with materials acquired mostly from this location. The staff is very helpful and will not only help you find an item in the store, but some will even help you figure out how to start or complete a project!

Store is fine. Parking and entrances are horrible. They are literally hundreds of feet apart. It is almost to find staff to help you sometimes. If you like to walk and no exactly what you need you will be just fine.
