I agree with all the folks here! I took a GT Rapid Transit in for a tune-up the other day! Mark said that it would probably be ready the very next day! It was!! I had the coupon from here on Google and was ready to pay the said price but surprisingly... Mark gave me an amount much lower! "It really didnt need much besides fixing the gear-shifter so I only charged $-----!" Wow! And Justin was super in taking me outside and showing (and educating) me on comparable bikes that they offered! I went inside and spoke (Pardon the pun!) to Mark and asked about a new bike and his response? "As much as I would LOVE to sell you a new bike from my shop... your bike is in great shape and the closest thing that I would have to it would be $750!" Talk about honest and thorough service! Now I find myself recommending them to everyone that I come across asking about new bikes or repair! You cant go wrong!!

After moving to the STL area about 8 months ago I started using these guys for my bike repair and maintenance needs. I like building my own bikes as part of the enjoyment of the hobby. Occasionally there are things that Im unable to figure out or do not trust myself doing. Cody and the rest of the staff are helpful with my fixes. As a bonus I usually get to watch and am educated how to make the repair. I also had them build my MTB wheelset. I was told when moving here that these are the guys to see for wheelbuilding and I now see why. I couldnt be happier with them. As a bonus, they offer free lifetime truings with the wheels! Nice shop with excellent technical repair skills. Ill be back. Thanks Ballwin Schwinn!

Mark and his guys are extremely knowledgable. They can do everything from get you started with a package, to build you a custom dream bike for on or off road. I remain impressed with thier ability to inform and educate. I leave feeling like I made an educated decision with all the pertinant information. I have been happy with every purchase I have made here and will recommend them to everyone! I got a starter bike and moved up, they were helpful every step of the way.

Incredible bike shop that is a ton of fun to visit. These are the most knowledgeable guys in the area. Took my bike to another shop 3 times for the same problem. I paid a bunch and waited a long time. When I took it Ballwin, they looked at the hub and realized a washer was missing. They had it fixed in 60 seconds and wouldnt take any money for the repair. Now I can ride my bike!

Went in to look at bikes as I was looking at getting a new one over the winter. They were very nice and helpful. I ended up getting a great deal on a new 2012 GT Karakoram 3.0 as the 2013 models were coming out. Dont be afraid to stop in and look around or ask questions. Great shop and awesome people.

Excellent service and knowledge. They make sure that everything is perfect about the bike you get. They dont just plop it off the rack and hand it to you. The handlebar stem I wanted wasnt in stock so Tim loaned me his until mine came in. Hows that for going above and beyond.

Ive been in a couple of times now and the service has been excellent each time. Took my bike it today since I somehow twisted a chain link and completely borked my derailleurs, and I was in and out in 10min with a $10 charge. This is definitely my new favorite bike shop.
