We did a lot of research to find the right bikes, and the staff patiently answered endless questions and helped immensely with their knowledge and experience to provide us with the best value, components, accessories, and car bike rack. Best customer service we have experienced. They put all the accessories on the bike for us, the bikes came with a much appreciated professional fitting as well as lifetime service, and they even put together the bike rack and installed it on our car. Everyone we spoke with was an experienced biker and they all worked together as a team. It was such a great experience to deal with them! I recommend them highly!

Visited them twice, first time for bike tune-up and second to help my child choose a bike. First time, I discovered at home that they didnt put wheel safety caps back after service. Ok, inconvenience, but that happens. Second time, they referred me to someone who looked like trainee who either didnt know how to or didnt care to answer my questions. He seemed to not be interested in doing his job or at least learning. Ok, these may be my projections but why come to this store if it makes local staff suffer so obviously? Yes it could have been bad luck both times - but there is a certain pattern here.

I went into have my new spin shoes fitted for SPD cleats. After condensingly explaining to me why this couldnt be done and mentioning 3 times in 2 minutes they would be more then happy to SELL me a new pair of shoes (I explained that these were brand new, but this was no deterent) the salesperson turned to the other one made a joke at my expense, and they both laughed. As someone just getting into cycling, its disheartening to interact with people who are so discouraging. From now on, Ill take my disposable income elsewhere.

I needed to get a bike assembled so I emailed them and they said it was $50. Then I got there and they said they had a basic assembly for like $40 and a complete assembly for like $90. I was confused - why are there two tiers of bike assembly? Then they said it would take two weeks and I just left and got it done at another shop and had it done in 5 days for $60. Maybe its a great shop but the one time I went there I found the experience a little strange.

Hands down west counties best bike shop and its part of the Big Shark family of shops. Service dept is outstanding. Its so hard to find professionals who take pride in keeping high end bikes running perfect - BSW has those folks! Good selection of bikes, carry a solid mix of brands, all best bang for the buck, everything from cruisers to carbon. Clothing and Gu, thy have or can get it all.

Excellent service department - my 4-year olds bike had a tire that had gone flat and I couldnt get the air valve to take air because it would push down into the tire - they were able to get the valve to stay in place and fill it back. Didnt charge me a dime for the service. When we upgrade my sons bike well be coming back to Big Shark to buy our new one.

Great customer service, made sure I was completely comfortable with my new bike. You cant beat the free lifetime tune ups (labor only). Ive had it in twice for adjustments, no cost! They love biking, so being new to the area they made sure I new all the "hot spots". I would highly recommend Big Shark!

Great service. Stepped this newbie through everything. Took the time to explain every piece of the bike and all the accessories we would need. Demonstrated installing Thume bike rack and installed Burley trailer. Very friendly and overall a great local bike shop.

Tons of bikes in stock. Of course I wanted one that wasnt in stock, they ordered and it arrived in 3 days! They built it up for me, even set up the tires as tubeless. I was riding by the weekend!
