I have had several encounters with 2 different bikes. I requested repair and bought parts for these bikes. My last encounter was 7/25/15 I presented with a request of a quote of how much it would cost to repair so I could make a decision if I thought it was worth fixing or I should just buy a new bike. I was assured it would be fixed for $80.00. I picked up the bike my grandson said it still is making popping sounds and is not riding like it should. I brought the bike back and was told "the bike is perfect for what I did to it" when I questioned the manager he said he noted a problem while repairing the bike but did not call me with any further problems now he wants another $150.00 to repair the bike. Like I said I am not sure I wasnt treated with quick fixes all along I could have bought 2 new bikes compared to the repair money this company received. Shady Business will be reported to the B&B

Service - The best there is..... I ride my bike alot - over 3,000 miles a year. I had an issue with my bike but my usual shop just couldnt fine the fix - sure was happy to take my money for the attempt though. Ole Towne had it for a day - issue fixed. Ole Towne is now my new "usual shop". Even better - I recommended these guys to a friend since he was having trouble with his bike shop. Ole Towne nailed his issues as well. It is great to have a shop that you can rely on and not disappoint when you talk em up. Anyone can sell you a bike - these guys live it....

Chuck and the crew here do great and honest work. Their prices are fair, and what I love is that they dont talk down to you like some shops try to. I cant stand that as an ex-tech myself. Whenever I dont have the tools for the job, this is where I take it. Cool people, good prices, honest service. Couldnt ask for more. I used to love the mexican place that was in this building, but Ill take a bike shop any day! Stop in and say hi!

One of the BEST! I dont tend to buy off the rack bikes, I tend to build my own from boutique parts and frames but occasionally I dont have(or cant find) a special tool. These guys are great and know what they are talking about, unlike some places. Very reasonable on the prices too!
