I have been a long term customer of Free Flight dating back nearly 20 years. As a cyclist who rides over 5,000 miles per year, I need a bike shop I can rely on and trust and I have used Free Flight for all of my cycling needs. I recently had a Retul fit for my road bike and it has really enhanced my comfort and efficiency. I recommend it to any serious cyclist. I have found that Brian, the owner of Free Flight, is at the top of his field with the knowledge to help you select the right bike/skis/fitness equipment and make sure it fits appropriately. My family has bought roughly 12 bikes, many sets of skis and some fitness equipment from Brian over the years. Free Flight has everything we need to keep our family active. I have had great service when it comes to bike repairs and ski/snowboard maintenance. There really is no reason to go anywhere else!

So hard to find a "brick & mortar" ski shop these days. Even harder to find one that sells quality gear, stands behind their service and is knowledgeable as the staff at Free Flight is. When it came to buying a new pair of ski boots, I wasnt leaving it to online shopping or crossing my fingers that Id get the right boots. Brian at FF was very helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about and spent the time needed, before and after the sale, to ensure the boots fit and that I was satisfied. While they sell a lot more than ski gear, its clear that Free Flight is a outstanding shop, all around.

I dropped by this store to find a new bike. The store is nice, clean, and has a large selection of bikes to chose from, at least in early spring. The sales staff was not pushy about selling me a bike, but it was very difficult to get any assistance at all. The staff was not rude, but did not appear eager to help, did not match a bike to my needs, and I left with no better idea of what I wanted than when I came in. I ended up buying a bike that they carry, but I bought it from another store with a helpful staff member who directed me right to that model after listening to what I wanted.

I like bicycling in the spring/summer/fall and skiing and snowboarding in the winter so Free Flight is just about the perfect store. Nice stuff, friendly staff, its a great place to shop.
