I have frequented this store quite a bit in the past; mostly friendly helpful people, but not today. I live in the Midwest and we are currently experiencing major flooding. Highways and roads are closed. I did not want to be on the road unless I knew they had the product I needed. I called to check and was put on hold for an unusually long time. I tried calling again, twice, and after many rings, the person purposely picked up the phone and hung it up. Guess they were having a really bad day and did not feel like talking.

Terrible!!! Thought I could use my 50% off, but there were so many restrictions and items not allowed. No fine print indicating that on web coupon. Customer service and cashier were so rude. I will not go back, there are many other choices out there!! Terrible experience!!

Found fun things for my grandkids to do. Most were on clearance but when I fumbled for my coupon to apply to the only regularly priced item, the cashier had one ready for me even faster.

It was great! However, they dont ever include sales on Cricut materials, which is such a shame. They have sales in so many other things, but Cricut is always excluded.
