Found what I wanted, the line to check out was backed up 7 different customer sales. I have a bad back & cannot stand in line that long. I sat down for 15 minutes watching the line progressively get longer without asking for another checker to assist. The worthless manager showed up to help bag items, was of marginal assistance at best. After watching the line double in length in a 20 minutes time without opening another lane I left my items to be purchased where I was standing & will exit the store shortly. A truly disappointing experience, 10 people in line at this point. I am leaving the store now without purchasing anything & wasted 45 minutes shopping there plus waiting time?

I went there to purchase some supplies for making a mask and I had to ask 3 different clerks, all who gave me different answers in regards to the location of the supplies. Also, two of the clerks told me they didnt have what I was looking for and only after looking up the product on my smartphone and showing it to them did they point me in the right direction. The store is unorganized and the sales team isnt helpful/knowledgeable at all. You better know what you are looking for and where to find it when you go to this Hobby Lobby.

2 items had no tags, so someone was called but I was unable to wait. I will have to go back anyway .. 6 items were on sale but it wasnt taken off @ the register. When I called, I was told I must bring back the items w the receipt. I still love HobbyLobby, maybe well both have a better day tomorrow.

I think that they have a good selection for most crafts but the staff usually is unfriendly. I am always shocked if I get greeted or even spoken to at all in a polite way. I only shop here to buy items with a coupon. Otherwise I prefer other craft stores.

Clerks are always helpful. Good fabric selection. You can get 40% off the full price of a cut of fabric if you ask the clerk to write it up that way and you have their 40% off coupon.

They have so much available. Other craft stores are hit or miss as to whether or not they have what I need. Hobby lobby seems to have what I need most of the time.
