I had the pleasure of interacting with Jerry in the framing department. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and he didnt try to up-sell me on a bunch of stuff i didnt need - he understood that I was on a very tight budget. He really went out of his way to help me with a complicated gift I was attempting to put together, and it really made my day. Thanks Jerry & Michaels!

Awful useless store. They are a national chain but cant seem to reframe a simple shadow box. On top of that the manager destroyed the background while she tried to get it opened and ended up ruining my husbands retirement box that his Marines gave him... Now I know why they always have 70% off for framing jobs!!

They put out fake coupons for up to 70% off that mean nothing. You take a poster in there with a 70% off coupon and they still quote you $200. So you say "do you mean this would be over $600 without the coupon?" - and they have nothing to say. Theyve been doing this forever and people fall for the fake discounts.

There was a 20% off of regular and sale items but on my$45.00 purchase it only gave me .60 off. While the cashier was very nice she had to go back and take items off, rescan them and apply each it to each item. There was a LINE and she was the only cashier so I just didnt press the issue.

Great staff, has not problem satisfying all of my crafting needs. Comes in very handy since my wife and I picked up extreme scrap-booking. They even scan your coupons right from your smart phone.

I disagree with the former review. The staff, especially the framing department, was great. It has also been my experience that they employ the artistically inclined to relate to the consumer.

I love Michaels. Its filled with mega awesomeness for a crafter!!! The coupons are always great not to mention theres always coupons every week. Yaaay!!!

I took my Saints poster and they wanted $195.00 to frame it. Meanwhile I went to David Art and they charge me $100.00 .What a deal !!!!! .
