Visited this store this morning (3/24/17) about 11:00 AM to purchase two items. 17 customers waiting patiently in line to be served by one cashier. Found manager trading smart phone views with other employees rather than tending to the business of the store - serving customers. I understand that any retailer loves for people to wait to throw money at their bottom line, but this was gross negligence by management and other employees. Boo!

I frequent this store, and I absolutely love it. They always have the supplies I need, and have daily sales, up to 60% off in many cases. The staff is helpful and courteous. The store is always clean, well lit, and well organized. Michaels also offers art classes for adults and kids alike, many of them for free. I totally recommend this art supply store.

I can always find the craft supplies I need. The prices are a little me a than other stores but there are always good coupons available. This is my pick store for all of my basic picture frame needs. I love their selection and deals on the frames.

Great store but I bought 6 cans of silly string for my sons birthday and the silly string was all dry and none of them worked. Expiration date was over 2 years ago! Other than that, everything else was great. Very clean and neat.

Long lines. 6 cashiers and a customer at each one and I waited 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to finish checking out. Everyone had coupons and gift cards. Odd.
