Depending on what youre getting the prices can range from reasonable to overpriced. They have a fairly good selection, but arent as good for sewing crafts. Their sewing section is very limited and is best for purchasing things such as beginner sewing machines and basic items for mending. The selection for yarn crafts is fairly good with a variety of types and colors. There are usually 40%-60% coupons for individual items. If you can practice restraint, you can get some great deals here. Be picky about what you purchase for your crafts and the place is a deal. If not, you might be paying more for certain items than at the competitors.

Some of the employees there are nice and helpful. I was interested in taking an art class there. I will NEVER sign up for a class there, because the painting insturctor is rude and talked down to me about my child. That art instructor was not helpful at all. Plus not to mention the poor quality "art" that she made. I probably will not ever shop at this location ever again. That art instructor was "concerned" about having people in her class, well her poor attitude will make her lose her costumers more than having a child attend a class with her mother.

Went in for some simple painting supplies. Realized I need some drafting paper as well as some other drafting supplies. Aston associate if she knew if they carried drafting paper or tracing paper she called the radio told me know so I asked her to show me where they keep artist she wants me down there and lo and behold theres a basic drafting supplies. If you want to look for things yourself usually they have what you need but overall if you want customer service go to a group called dick blick and st. Louis

Really cool stuff here and pretty much anything you cant think of that you may need for really any kind of. Craft or project. This is a really neat store I visit often and love that they will have what Im looking for... Only down fall to this place is that it is more on the expensive side... While Yeh they have a lot of things you may need... Well fact is so does Walmart right around the corner and if u can find it at Walmart Im gonna bet it is safe to say that its probably cheaper at Walmart....

Super helpful employees, and just a peaceful experience overall! I had to bother one young lady maybe 3 times for help. Every time, she was wonderful, walking me to the aisle I needed to be in, letting me know what they did or did not carry, and even giving me options to choose from. I wish I knew her name. The store is very clean, spacious, and well-lit. So glad they are in my neighborhood. They will be seeing more of me!!!

This store is awful! The girls are never helpful if you ask for something, they just point. I had an issue with THEIR app and not pulling up the coupon. The cashier "huffed" and said "let me see if I can find one" There was one right next to her....I had full bars on my phone so shouldnt have been a problem. They also have very limited supplies of items. Drive a few more miles and go to Hobby Lobby!

This is my favorite Michaels in the area. The staff are always very welcoming and ready to help me find what I need. There have been a few occasions where I have been unable to get the items that I needed (my fault for shopping at the last possible minute) and they have been able to call other stores for me or make recommendations for alternative options.

Very helpful employees. We couldnt find what we were looking for and one clerk helped us and even made suggestions on other items to use instead. Then the cashier gave us another idea and we bought a few of those as well. We will definitely be back.
