Do NOT use the floral department! I had the worst experience ever after I tried to send a fruit basket to my father in-law. It was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, and didnt get there until Tuesday because apparently they sub-contract out and the flower shop they sent the order to was out of fruit! Not a big deal, unless you have someone that is really needing to know theyre remembered and needing cheer on a specific day. I called to speak with the floral department about my order (actually to cancel it) and didnt get a call back until 2 days later and I left another very nasty message. By then it was to late to cancel my order, so I insisted on at least a partial refund, and the woman i talked to (dinah) was very rude and took no responsibility and actually tried to make me feel like it was my fault because apparently if I had spent another $25 on my order they would have used a different flower shop that wasnt out of fruit. Totally ridiculous. To their credit, I did end up getting a measly 25% discount, but it wasnt worth it to me. The damage had already been done to my loved one, and had I known I would have preferred to spend more money with someplace that had better customer service and would have got the order to my loved one in time and on the day it was needed.

Ive experienced that most of the staff is not helpful and disrespectful whether if youre calling with a question or speaking with the pharmacy. They also tend to walk right past you when its clear you dont know where to find something. Most of the staff always have an attitude! Ive only found a few employees there that were very helpful and cheery! Thats a shame! There should be more "Cheery and friendly" employees, rather than "disgruntle and rude" employees. The only reason I go here on occasion is because its the only grocery close enough to not have to go to Jeffco Blvd. Im going to start driving farther just to get better customer service. Ive worked in customer service for 10+ years and this too me is unacceptable! The managers need to boot out the bad and bring in the good! Maybe the managers are the problem since theyre hiring these type of employees! Something needs to be done because Ive heard a lot of people I know complain about this location.

I would give it 5 if the owner wasnt such a greedy S.O.S. I love the people they are friendly and the organic stuff I think is awesome saves me a trip to the health food store. I also think they forgot about me order I put in last year?? still havent received it nor a call?? Guess the manager I spoke too wasnt to concerned about getting his customer what she wanted so I went elsewhere for my order, I do still pick up few things from there just not much . its just very sad the owner is Firing all those people because they are paid higher and he wants to bring in lower paying people ?? so wrong morally just wrong . maybe his business isnt making that much anymore? were he has to cut corners? well HUMBLE yourself MAN Maybe they will take a pay cut? till your stores get back on their feet? or are you hordin this for yourself ?? so you can have nice things? well I have to say one thing about that..YOU CAN"T TAKE IT WITH YOU TO YOUR GRAVE!

The best decorated cake and cake decorator. I went there, COMPLETELY FRAZZLED, because my daughter wanted a specific kind of decorated cake for her Confirmation. After co silting a few other places, I only found Bakery willing to do anything even close to what she wanted, but they were going to charge $60 just for the "decorating fee" in addition to the cost of the cake. There was no way we could afford that! I went to Schnucks in Oakville, since its close to our home, and was referred to your store. I spoke to Becky, and she was beyond kind, creative, and helpful! When we picked up the cake, I was so impressed and when my daughter saw it, she LOVED it!!!

This is an awesome place to grocery shop its a little on the expensive side but worth it everbest Bakery there I love their Bakery Goods and they have the best ice cream selection better than Walmart I think. Even have very fast checkout lines and and they also say have a good night or good day when you leave.

Liked the way the store is laid out. Although it takes a little getting used to. Love the new Schnupons. Just go online and click which coupons you want then give your phone number at checkout. Couldnt be simpler.

Decent Schnucks location but they always seem out of unique items other locations carry. Their produce area can sometimes be less than fresh. And their vegetarian options are sometimes expired or spoiled.
