Best store in town, bar none. As a single man it is great, you want peanut butter your choice is chunky or smooth, not 25 or 30 different brands. You can get through in 15 minutes (25 if is store crowded) if you know what you want. Their guarantee is great, if you dont like a product just bring it back for full refund, no questions ask. Their check out is great. First thing is the cashier are seated (one reason the workers are so friendly). If the line has more than 3 or 4 shoppers waiting, they open a new lane or two almost instantly. There doesnt seem to be managers and all employees do every job in the store. The employees work their butts off partly because as I understand that the average salary is north of $40,000 (more than double what Walmart pays). American corporations need to learn from Aldi, pay your employees a living wage with benefits and sales per employee is usually so much greater that the extra labor costs are more than covered, especially when the costs of training new hires is included. The turnover at Aldis seems to be very low. Two more things. (1) I am a 70 year old single man and I am not or ever have an Aldi employee. (2) Something that most people dont seem to know is that Aldis owns Trader Joes, the second best grocery store around.

Aldi is Aldi, the prices are great, the food is pretty good. What I have found is that Aldis wine is quite good, especially for $3 a bottle, I mean wow! This is a bit of a small store and the selection is adequate, its hard to complain as they get you in and out. Dont forget to bring your own bags and your quarter for your cart.

HR has done an excellent job when hiring motivated, courteous and professional employees. They provide a quick check out(fastest in town) combined with a friendly smile. It is the best grocery store in town, period-end-of-statement.
