I fell in the parking lot. I got stuck on a piexe of gum. Then it caused me to trip over some rocks. My phone went down the sewer main and i scratch my leg and bruised my finger so bad it stated swelling and bruising more. I know it wasnt broke. I have had broken bones before so i knew. But it brusied very bad and swelled. I could not reaxh my phone. They said they would send a manager out. Well it took a littlebto long i kept on toll i finally got it. But my phone is cracked up know. I will have to buy a new one. The manager was really nice a lady. Got me some ice and apologe numerous time. But there needs to be a metal crate over that opening or i would had not got hurt as bad and i wouldnt have to buy a new phone

They have great fruit & vegtables. They participate in a wonderful program for SNAP participants. When u buy any fruits/vegetables that are "locally grown" you earn a dollar for every dollar spent! So if you buy $20 in fruits/vegetables, you will earn $20 to put towards fruits/vegetables on your next purchase! Last month i spent $60 on locally grown fruits/vegetables & earn $60, INCREASING MY MONTHLY ALLOTMENT OF FOODSTAMPS BY $60! The people who work here are always very friendly and the service is great. THe meat counter always has a wonderful selection and usually has something on sale. If you are shopping with little ones they are allowed to get a free cookie, which is nice to give a reward to those who are behaving themselves. Overall just a nice clean place to get your groceries.

Considering there are few options to get groceries in Festus they are the best of the worst. Make sure you check the dates of all the products you buy, as they tend to not take out dated product off the shelves. Especially in the dairy aisle, its the worst. I have been to other Schnucks and the Festus location is by far the worst.

I received my first taste of food poisoning "EVER" and I thought I was doing the right thing by notifying SCHNUCKS but wound up being pushed to the side as if it was my fault. They took no responsibility and refused to listen to anything I had to say. All I wanted was for them to pull the item from the shelf.

I am not happy with the pharmacy. There is always a problem with my prescription no matter what. They are out of it, try to charge me more than my prescription card says. It is always something and now they have lost my business

Its a Schnucks store, so its going to be good (I think). Granted, I was here the day it was supposed to snow/ice overnight, so the crowds were crazy. But, I was not swayed from returning. :)
