Was there after 4pm... traveling through... they were slower than molasses!! Three baristas and one manager. Only one friendly person, who was also the only one remotely working was making the drinks. My drink looked amazing but there was a miscommunication about the cup my drink was put in, which started an argument between the manager and the guy making the drink. The mgr was very unprofessional in how she handled the situation when it was clearly just a little miscommunication. Not cool. The girl at the register and the other girl at the drive up window could not have been less friendly or SLOW!!! Also, it is hard to get to and who heats up the mini vanilla scones?! Hubby not hapoy. I would definitely advise choosing another Starbucks!

Gross. This was supposed to be a quick stop on our way through Mississippi and ended up being a 45 minute ordeal just to order a regular drip coffee and San pellegrino. They were out of sandwiches at 10:30 am and the baristas were rude, slow, and dismissive. The ladies bathroom was not very clean and my husband said the mens restroom was so disgusting that he nearly vomited and had to run over to Taco Bell to use their restroom. The trashcans inside and outside the coffee shop were overflowing with trash. This is definitely not our usual Starbucks experience.Needless to say, we will not pass through this one on our way back home.

Super slow, they made half of my drink and left it sitting on their frappucino bar and forgot about it, and then it was made wrong. They did not put names on their cups, thankfully i knew my order but it loses some of the personal touch starbucks offers. The lobby floor was dirty and the staff seemed uncertain of what they were doing, i came through the drive through today and was only directly spoken to once when we were leaving. The drive thru window remained open the entire time but their backs were to us the entire time. Dont appreciate the lack of motivation.

Our church group stumbled into this location at 6 am. The crew working did not stop for the whole hour we were here. 144 youth students on their way to beach camp and they were well caffinated and fed ready to praise the Lord. Thank you for your service and ability to pump out frapachino after frapachino. You guys did amazing! First Baptist Dallas appreciates your service!

Hot Chai Latte baby! We always try to stop at this Starbucks on our way through LA. Easy on and off, load up with a hot drink to keep you going, and good for another couple of hours. Be sure to sign up for Starbucks Rewards -- get points, earn freebies. We use our phones to load bucks and then pay with the app. So easy and quick.

My husband and I go to Starbucks daily as we travel and this is the worst starbucks we have ever been to. The stuff ruined both of our personal cups and it was a real challenge to get back HALF of what we paid for our cups. They should hire people that know what they are doing, just like all the other locations.

Worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had in my life. So, so, very unfriendly staff. Took and hour to get our 5 drinks. Served 7 people who ordered after us. They do not care about their customers, the quality of food, the wait time, or what their hair looks like. I will not be stopping by for another cup.

Compared to other Starbucks locations, this shops staff were severely lacking in personality and general pleasantness. They at the very least got the order right, all the while projecting an aura of being burdened by having to take my money.

I always get a little nervous when I hit up "new to me" Starbucks when traveling. It can be hit or miss sometimes. However, this Starbucks was awesome. My husband and I were both pleasantly pleased with our order.
