Inexcusable, my girlfriend and I stopped by to grab a drink for her, note my girlfriend is allergic to dairy products, she orders a peppermint mocha latte with no whip cream and and only soy milk. We usually go to Starbucks quite often and they have always done a great job , but tonight was the worst experience weve had. After our order my girlfriend took a drink from her coffee and it tasted different. She look to check and found that there was whip cream that had been taken of not completely . Instead of taking off the whip cream they shouldve have remade the drink completely. The barrista at this location need to do a better job. If my girlfriend hadnt noticed it shed be in hospital. Luckily she only broke out in hivs and has some small swelling on her face

I have repeatedly gone to this Starbucks location, and it never fails for them to take twice or triple the amount of time it takes at other locations to get through the drive through. Its saddening for them to not be able to get their operations down more efficiently.

Bathrooms never have tissue..When I order I have to ask is youre microwave working shouldnt it work all of the time. I dont want to hear the staff talk about their group messages
