I had been going to Smokedale for years and hating every moment of it. That place hands down is the worst retail establishment I have ever stepped foot in. Its huge and is open 24/7 and draws legions of young people who dont care much about service but as an adult, I do. I discovered Cigar Depot by accident and I have been very happy overall. Moe is a friendly and knowledgeable Middle Eastern guy who knows his products. Ive learned a lot about e-cigs from him. Another fellow who is there on occasion is not so good. I wont go in the store if hes the only one on duty. He overcharged me, tried to upsell me and was a big smart-Alec. Thats my reason for withholding one star. E-cig selection is not huge but adequate. Juice selection is excellent. My only other criticism is the hours. Wish they stayed open at least til 10 or 11. Friday night they were closed at 825pm forcing me to Smokedale! Aaagh! I know Woodbury is dead after 8 or 9 but stay open anyway, please? There are a few night owls among us! Lastly, I bought a $60 battery pack that fried after one month. Im not sure why. Apparently the store cant return them to their supplier so they wont take them back either - even if they die early. No warranty. I couldnt even get credit for a $60 battery. I didnt want a refund - just a replacement. He gave me a small discount on another one but I was still very disappointed. If it was my store, Id take the loss and not make the customer take it. Particularly not with a regular loyal customer and only after a month of use. Those are judgment calls that should be made on a case by case basis. I will still continue to shop there because overall its still a good place. I recommend you do too.

AWFUL service. Moderately high prices. Selection & quality leave something to be desired, too. Was deciding whether to rebuild or replace my ecig, so I took some time checking out their selection and asked a few questions. I waited patiently while the clerk checked out other customers. When it became clear that the clerk was genuinely giving me attitude, not just messing around, i immediately decided against upgrading through them and bought the Smok tank he recommended (they didnt have Kanger repair parts.) The first time I dropped the new ecig, its glass shattered, so i went back. As soon as I walked in, the guy literally told me to buy what I want and get out. I politely asked if he could give me a small discount on the glass, being that it didnt even last a day. He said that he didnt have the glass, COULDNT order the glass and wouldnt sell me the glass out of another tank, so i asked him what I was supposed to do: he said "throw it away!" Its well worth driving to Smokedale, just up the interstate... Service, price, and selection put Smokedale in a whole other class.

Best service Ive ever had at a smoke shop by far! Really good deals on their ejuice and these guys have a very good selection of juice. Lots of different variations and just flat the best prices/deals youll find for good quality ejuice. Would be awesome if they had more variety of wire because I cant find a shop close to here that does, but aside from these guys have pretty much all you need from organic Japanese cotton to doge rdas.

Better Off at Total Wine. I dont smoke a lot of cigars, but I came in looking for a robusto that was somewhat mild. The woman behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about, and felt the need to stand in the humidor right next to me like I was a 16 year old shoplifter. I went over to Total Wine, spoke to an adult, got a good recommendation and picked up a bottle of scotch to boot.

Went there not quite sure what I wanted and the staff member that I dealt with took the time to give me knowledge about the different products and helped me to make my final decision. I really enjoyed how helpful the staff was and will be returning soon and will be recommending this store to all my friends as well.

Great selection of cigars, however their product is not very well kept. I bought an expensive cigar that fell apart before I even lit it. It was all dried out. I see that they have humidifiers, however I wonder how their stocking process goes because I have had a few other cigars that fell apart immediately.

Seems like a lot of people have had bad experiences here. Myself though, above and beyond any kind of service I have ever received at Smokedale. In and out and always have everything Im looking for. Also you dont have to deal with stoners here compared to Smokedale. Cigar selection is huge as well.

They Are Awesome! I went in because I broke the glass on my tank and the guy didnt try to up sell me he said we sell the same one if u want another one of those or u can buy just a new glass so u dont have yo replace the whole thing.! They rock!

Great service. Really enjoyed talking with the employee about the different products they have. They had a nice selection already but I was told that they get different stuff in all the time. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

awesome customer service! good prices on most cigars. i bought 4 cigars and got the 5th free along with a free cigar cutter! they didng have one of my favorite cigars so they ordered some! def will be returning.

Great experience. Theres plenty to check out and the guy working (same guy Ive seen both times) was very helpful and knowledgeable about their vape products. I would definitely recommend!
