I was asking a question, then the girl just walked away, I asked to speak w/the manager, she told me their wasnt one, I waited 15 mins, a customer came up to me and apologized for how I was being helped and,treated, I asked if I could buy what was inside the case, the sales girl then threatens to call the police, lol I told her to. I stayed calm, another sales girl I knew came out and, helped me. I can only say this, I will only go to Oakdale smoke shop, way better, and prices are better, I found out! Also the manager never responded to my call, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. So if you enjoy, standing in line, no information, only advice from inexperienced sales reps. Keep going their.

Well you know what, Ive been dealing with some terrible customer service lately and this place has honestly taken my breath away at how well they take care of you. I was a first time purchaser of an E-Cig and to be completely honest, after 10+ of having smoking cigarettes, I have not felt more comfortable about dropping the habit. The employees there made it a very easy decision for me to make, and they havent dissapointed me yet! Nothing but great customer service here and very much so recommend anyone to get their next E-Cig or tobacco product here!

I called to see if they had a certain E Juice in stock, the person on the phone stated they did. I live in Blaine, and was in Crystal at the time. I drove in afternoon traffic to pick it up, and when I got there they had zero in stock, and apparently hadnt for a month. I will not be returning, definitely not worth the trip despite the polite people who were there once I did arrive. The person on the phone was a dick, thanks for the long drive for nothing.

My favorite e-cig store in the area. Every time Ive gone the staff have been wonderful, their prices are good and they have a large selection of all sorts of tobacco, e-cig, and other glass "tobacco" products. Ive been to many stores in the area and none of them had the knowledge or customer service that Maplewood Tobacoo does. A must stop shop for vapers.

I bought a powermatic II here and after 3 months it broke. I did not have a receipt or warrnanty card. Like a guy i throw all that out when i got it.They took the machine sent it in and got it fixed for me free.I will be a shopper the for life and if you what great customer service youll go there also best in white bear. Thank you so much.

I had a complex issue which was no fault of the staff and yet they still took it upon themselves to make sure that the issue was completely resolved. Many modern big businesses could take cues from these guys about how to treat people and do business. If there was a michelin star for Tobacco shop service they would have one.

Excellent flavor selection, a wide variety of Mods and Tanks, interesting accessories too. Service is good, if a little slow at times. Theyre open fairly late, which is a plus for me. Only big negative I would say is that their glass selection is not great, but for e-cigs its a great spot.

I bought my first roll your own machine here - goldenmatic - loved it I come back all the time now for my Golden valley tobacco, and tubes. If I am to lazy to roll I will pick up a pack of GV filter cigars. Nice place glad they are here!

Love the store have very nice and friendly and polite staff if someone doesnt know what to get or is having trouble there right there to help and sometimes even has a conversation with u like a friend or family member would

Helpful staff! And strawberry dream is the best strawberry vanilla vape EVER!!! Tonya always greets you with a smile! Cloud chaser paradise!!! Store has all you need and somethings you didnt know you did! LOL!

Stopped in for some high vg juice, got a couple recommendations, and walked out with something pretty darn good. And not a terrible price either. BTW, their equipment selection seemed pretty nice too.
