The Kenmore Elite, side-by-side refrigerator (Model: 51373), was delivered to my home on Jan. 30, 2014. The initial delivery crew has set it up the refrigerator front too high. I had to call the delivery department to correct the problem which it sent a second crew on Feb. 3, and made it worse by tilting backwards an inch. I called again to see if there is another team who knows how to adjust the front legs to level it. Angela P. at the home delivery department was first too defensive. I sent her 3 pictures that shows the side view and distances at the bottom and top from the wall. It was 2-1/4" away from the wall at the bottom and 1/8" at the top, with an over 2 inches of tilting vertically. Any sensible person, not alone anyone else at the Sears home delivery department, will see the ill-adjustment the second crew has made. Instead, she denied any further correction, by saying that leveling is NOT Sears problem but homeowners. On the contrary, there are clear itemized promises on Sears website that leveling is one of the task listed. The problem is that the refrigerator is located in such a way that for anyone entering my home, it will be a predominantly noticeable eyesore in the entire house with extreme tilted position. I understand that there has to be a slight tilt towards back to let the door close and to prevent spill towards front. But one inch tilt horizontally for the refrigerator whose depth is only 36 inches is way too much. It defies all horizontal and vertical profiles of home furnishings and decors. Remain unchanged, it will be a biggest joke for Sears refrigerator, ill design or not, that cannot be leveled, for anyone to see. I then called the return department to return it, despite the fact I like the new refrigerator. After much runaround over 2 hours, a sensible lady finally agreed that it should not been left as is. I have been using Sears Kenmore products over past 30 years. Even though their products have been reliable to me, the service support has gone down dramatically, as the case of Angela P. Everyone I talked to, several representatives of various positions, were all eager to pass the buck rather than assisting me. Some even gave me agent ID number with seemingly convincing promise of a follow-up that has not happened. Does Sears prefer returning an appliance rather than readjust, as she alluded? Wake up, Sears, you should educate folks in customer service not to be ultra defensive but to be courteous, sensible and responsible. Maybe you should take an I.Q. test as a part of employment. Utterly disgusted!

Patricia Cruz Pienso que es una muy buena tienda donde se puede encontrar ropa, zapatos, joyeria, accesorios, herramientas, electrodomesticos, cosas para el hogar, etc de muy buena calidad y con precios accesibles, se encuentran muy buenas ofertas, y descuentos,. Lo que si esta un poco baja la atencion a la hora de pagar pues hay grandes colas, pero tambien fijense en el personal que contratan para atender a los clientes, son personas que tienen fama de que no les gusta trabajar, les gusta llevarselas suave en el trabajo, se rien escandalosamente y discuten delante de los clientes, con ese tipo de personas, nunca va a poder salir adelante un negocio, y yo ya he ido a tres tiendas de sears y son las mismas clase de personas atendiendo. Pienso que solo en esa parte deberian de mejorar haciendo nuevas contrataciones, porque la tienda es estupenda.

I hate Sears. They are not customer friendly and arrogant. I waited for almost 4 hrs for tire change. Even though I placed order online and paid all the amount(Including Tax $33), they said the Valve stem that I ordered online will not fit my car and they charged 5$ for the one that fits my car. That is correct, but they charged me 5*4 = 20 + tax around 36 dollars, so a total of $56. When I asked them to explain they replied thats how the system works. After more than 30 mins of effort to explain why I should pay total tax of $36, but instead I should be billed a tax of just $3, they had agreed to refund. I ordered my tyres for $121 each, but the next day the price changed to 115. I had called atleast 5 times asking about the price match, but they did not do the price match and did not get the refund. I am very unsatisfied and will never recommend Sears Auto. They were supposed to do free inspection of the car, the response that I got with arrogance is they dont have time..

I spent hours online and on the phone trying to order a part for my washer. Just getting through the automated phone system to a live person was a blood pressure raising experience. Eventually I managed to talk to someone, I placed my order and was promised a phone call back with a pick-up number. This call never came so I had to go through the phone exercise again. The next person lost my call, so there I went again through the automated system. I accept that Sears employees can make mistakes but Sears is seriousy wasting their customers time by using this automated phone system.

I love a lot of things about Sears and am sorry it is having trouble. Over the years I have had fantastic luck with Sears appliances and even clothes that I bought from Sears. Right now I need a new microwave and a brand I trust is the Sears Kenmore brand so I ordered one tonight online and will use in-car pickup to pick it up at the St. Paul store tomorrow. I also love the tools I have purchased at Sears over the years. Sears is definitely my kind of store.

I bought a rolling tool cabinet from this store ten years ago. Either I never got the keys for the lock, or I lost them at some point. The tool pro on duty Tom was able to find an extra set of keys that fit my lock. He gave me the keys at not charge. Very nice ... very good customer service!!! I have been shopping at this Sears location for a long time and have never had a bad experience. Thanks for the best experience, yet!

Under Staffed, Under stocked. went to the electronics department and there was one person there trying to juggle three different transactions. I stood there waiting to ask a question about computer audio hook-ups, only to see they had about 2 cheap options for computer speakers. Half the shelves in the area were bare, and three of the tvs on display werent even working.

Store is supposedly open, but Ive called repeatedly and cant get a person. Their voice menu is the worst. No matter what you say, it hears "Mens Apparel". Nobody answers there. The "service center" doesnt answer their phone either, so good luck getting any kind of service. If all their stores are like this, no wonder the company is still losing money.

Wow.... The only thing worse than repeating four times "your reason for calling" to a freaking computer, is being transferred to a man who can barely speak proper English. Ugh!!!! So frustrated. I am just going to do my customer service the old fashioned way, GO IN! What happened to SEARS being the American Brand?!?!?! Outsourcing... what a shame.
