This store has managers (those overseeing the cashiers) who would rather escalate the problem than provide basic common courtesy to resolve the issues which they themselves created. This experience totally ruined my evening, and it was just exhausting. It should and could have been avoided. My bill was rang up for over $600 and it seemed outrageous, but it was too hard to tell on the screen what I was being charged for, so I wanted to just save the time of those in line by voiding it all and going to the end of the line to start fresh. In the middle of voiding the transaction, the cashiers manager came up and tried to pull him away from the register - but hes the only one who knew where my coupons and gift cards were, so everyone wastes time looking for them, and Im sitting there visibly worried because my gift card had $150 on it. The cashiers manager then made a huge scene, treating me rudely in the process, and worsening an already embarrassing and frustrating situation. For whatever reason they even called up asset protection, basically a plain clothed security officer. It was completely unnecessary and mortifying. I never have these experiences at other target stores. I urge you all to go shop at another location, of the many options in a five minute radius of this one. I got $5 off for dealing with over an hour of utter bullshit. Cool life.

Richfield is my default Target shopping location. For many years, I was very happy getting pretty much all my groceries here but I find myself shopping here less and less frequently. Reasons: They dont carry basic items I want (clear ammonia... #6 Melitta filters). They favor their own brands vs other brands and I have thrown out a good half-dozen of their branded food items that I found inedible so I only buy their brand judiciously. They must throw the food from one side of the warehouse to the other. I am hard-pressed to find an un-dented can or a package of cookies that arent crumbs. There are often entire facings of items that are empty and can be empty for weeks (even months). Their cartwheel program offers great deals on items it turns out they dont carry (after I spent 10 minutes looking for it). If youre hungry and want to grab a snack... the pickings are slim. When an associate is available, they are helpful and friendly, but they often arent and I have to searching for one to get that top shelf item thats all the way in the back. I will continue to shop here a few times a month. I need Target. I just dont like shopping here. More and more, I shifting my grocery shopping to other stores.

Everything was in stock that we needed and was easy to find for the most part. The staffing is always friendly and willing to help out customers. The only reason it is four and not five stars was because we were in the store when the night shift was stocking this made for a big mess in the isles. The being said, one of the things we needed was not in the shelf, and we had to ask a person that was stocking about it. He said he would look in back for it after he couldnt find it on his pallet. Low and behold, he popped back shortly the the item we wanteded. Overall it was a great experience. Target is one of my favorite places to grocery shop.

Im not one to write reviews, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time now that Ive been to this location with the specific intent to visit a SuperTarget with a larger grocery selection. Well, the selection is not there. Every time I visit there are bare spaces on the shelves where the product Im looking for is gone. I give it 2 stars because the cashier did allow me to use my cartwheel on a substitute for their TGT brand of the same item I was looking to buy with my coupon. Still, they should be better prepared and supplied if they continue to run into this problem as Ive noticed.

Quick stop at Target to get some totes. Unfortunately, they only had 3 in stock so had to go to another one that had more stock. Associate was able to tell me what store had enough on hand. Lately, Ive noticing that Target runs out of popular items leaving guests empty handed. Last week I noticed they were out of sugar and saw several upset guests leaving. Also it seems their variety is decreasing using less varying vendors. They didnt have any syrups for coffee but had a whole isle for Keurig Pods. Okay but not as good as in the past.

Ugh. Is this Soviet Russia? Why are they so often out of certain food things? Which is even more ironic because they always seem to be stocking shelves with their aisle clogging stockers. And the aisles... Yikes. Tight fit when when its not crowded. Alas, few grocery stores in the area means I am full of empty threats of nor shopping there. Ive been to well stocked targets in the past. They do exist. Just not in Richfield, MN.

Generally a great Target location. However, they are SO busy all the time and seem to be understaffed. In addition to staffing, they are CONSTANTLY out of product in multiple areas (especially grocery). One would think this would prompt increased order pars, but no. Dont EVER go on the weekends. Its a madhouse and theyll only have 40% of what youre looking for. Pro: the staff are generally incredible.

Its a Super Target, which means they have space and selection. They have a great produce section, the pharmacy is quick and efficient as well. They have plenty of staff to help you out and its never a problem to find someone to ask a question too. They always have a good number of cashiers working at any given time, so even if there is a line at one register, there will be another one without a wait.

I like Target, I do (even after the whole security breach)… but this Targets parking lot is a mess. Ive had easier times parking in downtown minneapolis on a Friday night when the Vikings and Twins are playing at the same time as a Justin Bieber concert (when he was at his peak popularity, you know, before he fell off the deep end). Just park at the Home Depot and walk over, youll thank me.

Store is a freaking disaster... again. Every time I come in here it is a mess. Spills on the floor dont get cleaned up. Merchandise is all overy and unorganized. Shelves are always empty. Selection is slim. Deli is understaffed. Checkout lines were extremely long. It was like none of the managers showed up for work today. Awful. RED No other Target is THIS bad!!!!!

In general, Target is great - but this particular location seems to have a terrible time keeping inventory in stock. Theyre constantly out of common items (store-brand baby wipes, diapers, eggs, soda...). Their red card and cartwheel programs are nice, but I wish their inventory was more reliable in order to make this more of the one stop shop they are intended to be.

This and the Edina SuperTarget are my favorite Targets to visit because of their convenient locations, ample parking, and large selection. However, this one has more of a tendency to run low in stock on the shelves due to high traffic. Its nice to go to the Noodles & Company, Chipotle, or Subway next door for a bite to eat before doing a big shopping trip.
