Went in to make a simple purchase of motor oil. I stood behind one other person to make my purchase after the gentleman made his purchase, a couple comes quickly over and starts a conversation with the cashier as I stand there to see if I will be acknowledged, their conversation turns into making a purchase. I asked for a manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with the employee however non was available. So I told another employee the situation in which he wanted to help me but at that point they already lost me as a customer. Customer service is a big factor in business growth good luck.

I get most of my parts from this store. Most of the customer service people are knowledgeable; however, Ive ran into some that arent and do not try to help you. Just make sure you bring in the parts you need and match them up. They have given me wrong parts a few times. It is an inconvenience to run back and forth if you do not live close. Overall a good store to get your parts from at cheaper prices than dealer.

Loved this place as soon as I walked in. Imagine an auto store where employees are actually glad to see you come in and are happy to help you find what you need... thats this store! Brought in a bad battery and staff went the extra mile to make sure I was good (including borrowing me tools to help me get my new battery in faster). Shopping here was an unexpected delight - would not hesitate to go back.

The employee that was helping me wasnt exactly helping... He didnt know what I was asking for and had to ask another employee when it was something pretty simple. They also didnt have something that I needed in the correct size for my car. Maybe he was new there but I dont know. I wasnt impressed.

Best advice Ive ever received from an Auto Parts Store. Charlie, one of the associates saved me over $1200 once with a recommendation. The sign says "Free Advice" and they live up to that reputation. Will always buy from here.

worker refused to come out & scan my car. told me i had to wait until the store clears up before he comes out. i waited, he ended up giving me the scanner & told me to do it myself. older white man must not like his job

Super HUGE selection and amazingly helpful (I am not an auto expert, by any degree) they made sure I wouldnt blow up myself, nor my car- which is, if you think about it, the best guest service ever! Thanks guys!

Stopped here to get a car reader to turn off a check engine light. The front desk was not manned and I had to actively find someone to help me. Facilities could have been a little more cleanly.

Will not price match other local retailers. 134A for 12.99 When Walmart has it for less than five bucks! Price gouge big time. Local parts stores are quickly becoming a place of last resort!

I discovered that I had a burnt out headlight at ~9pm. Thanks to their convenient hours and helpful staff, I was able to get a new bulb, change it out, and hit the road before 10.
