Ordered a belt from them. Guy said it would be in by 1 p.m. at the latest. I came in at 2 p.m. still no belt. not to mention there was 1 guy working and 5 standing around not helping anyone. When i asked the employee why it was not there he stated "I dont know. must be late". Which pissed me off tremendously. Its worth the drive to Rogers or Brooklyn Park.

My experience with Cottens NAPA store in Osseo, Minnesota was better than listening to the Jimi Hendrix Experience. When you ask them a question, they have the answer. And the results are better than any guitar riff that Jimi played. God bless Cottens NAPA! ☺

I drive past several other parts stores to get to osseo napa because of the great service i get from Steve and Tyler. They also stock more parts then any other part store i know of and if they dont have it they get it fast.

Gave me tools to replace my battery in the parking lot. Didnt have replacement battery case in stock, but staff came up with idea to "jimmy rig" it secure until I could properly fix it with the correct part.
