The woman behind the counter today was awful. Had no clue what I meant when I said Duramax, or even when I gave her the technical term of Chevy 2500 HD! She was very rude when she couldnt find what we asked her to find. I was about to take over the computer for her, knowing I could find what I needed quicker than she could. This place definitely needs better employee training!

When I encounter great customer service I like to point that out. I bought a new battery yesterday and was helped by Roscoe who was not only prompt and knowledgeable, but very personable and a joy to talk with while he helped swap out my battery. This is the second time with two separate people that Ive had a remarkably great experience here. Thank you!
