*** Unpleasant updates below *** Website is easy to search and you can get a discount if you reserve your item online. Prices are more then compeative. Been shopping at Napa for 40 years. That says a lot for the brand. *Update* They are awesome! Staff was so helpful today. Needed some tools today and they had everything. Same quality as the competition but 20% cheaper. Cant say enough about this place. *Update* Ive had two negative experiences that have taken my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I was sold a battery with posts opposite from what I needed. I never installed it. When I took it back the same day I was given greif. Salesman said that I had obviously connected it because there was "discoloration" on the posts. No scratches, the posts were perfect. I called BS and pointed out that ALL of that model on the shelf had the same "discoloration". He begrudgingly gave me an exchange. Yesterday I went in looking for floorjack oil. The salesman announced he didnt think he carried that. I asked him to check. He reluctantly typed into his computer and I was told he only had a gallon. I in turn typed into my phone through my Napa account and found they had quarts of Napa brand jack oil and ordered it right there. I showed it to him and he acted like the first conversation never happened. He went back, got me my oil and never offered any kind of apology or explanation.

Around closing time this past Saturday I witnessed the most disturbing behavior out of one of your employees, Ted. He was verbally abusive to the female employee Cassandra, because she was not doing something fast enough for his own personal purchase. I find this most disturbing that this man would verbally abuse a fellow employee at all let alone in front of customers, calling her names and swearing at her. This is totally unprofessional behavior and needs to be addressed immediately. Despite his behavior she maintained professionalism to the best of her ability and continued to assist the customers with a professional attitude. . I would hope that your company does not condone this type of behavior out of their employees, she was doing her best to accommodate him and the customers. The pricing on the product he wanted was not correct and she was trying to tell him this and get the correct pricing but he was insisting on receiving the product at the incorrect lower price.

I went in on my lunch break to buy some parts, I worked with what I believe was the manager for a minute or two before he got a call from a shop that needed parts, he then just left me without saying a word..not even that he would be with me in a minute, just stopped helping me. He then scolded an employee telling him he needed to put the shop on the phone before the customer that employee was working with, when the employee told him he would help the shop after he was done with the customer the manager told him he was done for the day in front of all of the customers. After the manager went into the back that employee helped me anyways after he was done with his 1st customer even after being told to go home. I was very pleased with his assistance but will probably not go back to this location because of how it is run.

Wow! Their knowledge was impressive and was right up there with the professionalism and customer service manners. Ted was simply amazing (to put it mildly.) From my initial phone call to the Eden Prairie NAPA right down to handling the issues I was having with my Cadillac, Ted was exceptional in all phases! NAPA should be very proud to know that their store in Eden Prairie, MN displays employees that exemplify knowledge, integrity and superb customer service. I am very thankful customer indeed. I came to the store on Robert st, the two employee that were at the counter told me they are on "silent strike", they are not working. then they ignored my question and started their own conversation about thanks giving....I sadly had to leave and went to AutoZone across the street....where everyone was smiling and approachable...

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and they have the parts I need. Its an autoparts store. No frills. The isles are clean, the parts are plenty, and the staff usually knows exactly what I need even when I dont. The only complaint if any is that the parking lot is kind of hidden and beat up. But the interior is nice and clean.
