I just had awesome service over the phone compared to Steve at the Rogers Napa.. I was specific with what I was looking for when calling the Rogers store twice looking for the parts I saw online and come to find out from this St.Michael Store the parts where looked up opposite with what I requested. We got it all straight now! 5 Stars!

Hack Man

Ive been here 20 to 30 times and am amazed they are still in business. Half the time the item I want isnt in stock. The most recent time I bought two items and had to return the second one. Instead of crediting my card they CHARGED it (so I was doubly charged for an item that I no longer had!)

This goes out to Matt the one who helped us out big Time and stayed 45 min after closing time we were in a semi sprung a fuel leak in supply hose and Matt made us up 1 and got rite in there to fix it and stayed late:) kindly appreciate it man Thanks again...
