I have nearly always had fantastic experiences at various NAPA locations, but this store is an outlier. Recently I visited the store with no other customers in the building and three employees standing at the counter looking at their computers. When I approached the counter they all just kept staring downwards without acknowledging my presence, so I asked which of them was the least busy. No response; no raised heads. I then chose one at random to see if maybe I could bribe him into, yknow, doing his job and he said "Im going home" when I walked up to his computer. It was at that point that one of the others sighed and begrudgingly mumbled. "I can help you." Every time I have stepped into the shop the service has been comparable to this particular visit. Do yourself a favor and stop into the Osseo or Plymouth stores to save the headache from abysmal service.

I buy most of my automotive repair parts from this store. This Napa Auto Parts Store has quite a huge amount of inventory for a physically smaller store. Staff are friendly and always want to help.
