Though I dont do my own auto work, this place is very customer centric. I went to Montgomery Minnesota Napa Auto Parts to get a package sent UPS. The woman that assisted me, took care of everything and really wanted to help. Theres not much of that nowadays, so if I ever do need a car part, heres were Im going to get it!

I would give them zero stars but there is not that option. They are way over priced. OReillys in New Prague is a lot cheaper an has better quality parts an tools I would say almost a third of the cost and most of the stuff comes with a warranty. And they are more helpful. I would never buy anything from Napa ever again

Who needs a mechanic when you have Todds NAPA. Staff is always willing to help the inexperienced individual with their mechanical needs, answer questions and make suggestions. If something isnt right, they exchange it or make it right.
