I was not pleased with the service from Steve tonight when looking up fuel pumps.. I was specific with my "right side" or "pass side door" detail that was asked for and was only given one option at $646.99.. I called back a second time with the part number I saw online and that was avaliable at $367.59.. he said that he could order it but was not showing in his system and he had no idea what it was for.... but would be glad to order it. Called the St.Michael Store and he said that $646.99 one was for the opposite side left side door.. and there was the Napa Brand Fuel Pump avaliable at $367.59 for the "right side" in the price I could afford just like I saw online... So just another prime example of know it all Steve knowing it all and not being able to help.. Thanks Steve. Rob at this store however is Great!

Steve went above and beyond to help me out Thanks Steve. Long story short. I was recently staying in Rogers for a hockey tournament and ran into some electrical problems with my van and Steve stayed open late and even opened early to help me diagnose the problem and keep on the road over the weekend. He even found me an area out the cold wind and borrowed me a few of their tools to get the job done and save some money from going to service shop. Thanks again Steve keep up the good work.

I bought a part for my car a few months back and it turned out to be the wrong one. I went in today to try and return it even though I couldnt find my receipt. I wasnt hopeful. The man at the counter was very friendly and patient with me even though I know my request was a total pain. It took some time but he was able to figure it out and I got a full refund. I will never go anywhere else after receiving this kind of service. Keep up the good work you guys!
