Female customers are not welcome at Auto Zone. I had been waiting for help for approximately 5 minutes because I could not find what I needed. Both men working completely ignored me, although one was with a customer. The other walked past me twice and he acted as though he couldnt hear me when I talked to him. I went to the front and stood at the counter in front of him and he still ignored me. Then a man walked in and he looked up, greeted him, and asked to help him! I left without spending the several hundred dollars I had planned to spend.

I called them and asked for a heat gun and this lady tells me that they have nothi g like that and that I could use a hair dryer instead?? I go in the store 5 minutes later and ask once again if they had a heat gun then they say no we do not carry those. Then I walk around and guess what I found on. A heat gun. Worst cust service Ive ever expierence y have employee s that dont have a clue what a damn heat gun is
