Very displeased with how I was treated. There was a wreck in front of this store and I was the wrecker operator cleaning up damage. I had to position my wrecker in their parking lot to clear the car in the grass. I was being as conservative with space as possible. They had a customer throw a fit that I was in the spot they wanted to park in (mind you, there were three open spaces just as close or closer to the door). One employee came out and yelled at us and sent another employee to park the customers car as close to the side of my wrecker as they could for no other reason than to upset me. This shows me the lack of respect they have for emergency personnel.

dont bother calling or showing up at the store unless you can find the exact part number prior. Clueless lady could not find an outer tie rod on the computer. "we dont sell those"

They know what they are doing for the most part and if it is an older car you may need to be specific with them. Not many parts dealers know classic car parts nowadays.
