I purchased automotive paint and materials at the shakopee mn store. They gave me the wrong paint, it was Richard Petty Blue. My painter showed me the car, so we went back to get a refund or the correct paint. It was a major hassle and I was over charged, the correct paint I needed costed less then what I paid. I never got a refund for the difference. The guys at the counter really think they know it all. Guess what buddies? You Dont. I only went to this store because the guy who painted my car is local and he uses them. I wanted to use Welles, I knew these guys were bad news. Dont buy paint here! Beware!!!

Ask for a manager and youll get the right part. Managed here for a year and a half. Extremely high turn over rate, went through probly 30 employees in a year; therefore the part time no experience workers are poorly trained and have literally no idea what theyre selling, a few employees dont even have cars!! The company more cares that they have good customer service and can ring you up. Workers are usually stressed so double check youre getting the right part! Dont blame the store blame the company! If you have any problems call the district manager and he will make sure you are taken care of.

Terrible experience when buying a wind shield wiper motor and they only called one to tell me it came in. They never told me it would be sent back to another page if I didnt get it in a week. So when I showed up it wasnt there. I had to wait for it to come back and pick it up again. When I did pick it up the employees didnt know how to ring up the core I was turning in and turned out to be a hassle.

The employees here are helpful when it comes to choosing specific brands based on their experience, but for more technical things you may have to ask your mechanic or car-obsessed friend. That aside, I have never run into an issue here and would recommend going to this store for auto parts!

Customer Service here is awesome! They are always seeking to assist you whether it is locating a part or having a check engine light checked out. Other automotive parts store has you do it yourself. Highly recommend coming here when it comes to self service before going to a major mechanic.

When every I go there they give me the wrong parts and I was just on the phone a person that was very rude and when I asked for him to repeat back the parts to make sure they got them right they got offended and hung up on me.

Generally my go to spot for years... One issue is the store hours say open til 10pm Wed. Its 9:10pm.Even tho its night before thanks giving. This is the time I need them the most.... And Im SOL.

Free code reading (tells you why your idiot light is on) and they usually have the parts to remedy the situation. Not all staff can tell you where the part they sold you goes, -1 star for that.
