Went in looking for a wideband O2 sensor. Three employees were standing together behind the counter and none of them could figure out what I was asking for. One said "I think hes looking for an O2 sensor." Well yes, technically I was, but not just "an O2 sensor." I repeated myself multiple times, explained in detail exactly what I was looking for, and they all looked like deer in headlights. Apparently NAPA hires anybody who drives a car these days. Wouldnt feel comfortable buying anything from these idiots.

Employee 430 - Went out of his way to help and assist me. I called and asked if they replaced car batteries, I was told they could help if the battery was easy to get to. I went in and he came out took a look and decided he could help. It was not what I would call easy to get to. He took apart a few thing put in a new battery and off I went. He went out of his way for me and you now have a loyal customer~ THANK YOU! I know he did not have to do this and it is not part of his job!

Dont honor what they promise. Bought a life time waranty and they refused to exchange the parts. While there my jeep was scratched by the Chevy truck..(which I assume belongs to one of the people working there as it was still in the lot after that. )
