Not too many guys that work behind the counter at part stores these days are able to find parts. However Dane at this store is very capable of crossing part numbers and finding what your looking for. Just about every part made is used on a variety of vehicles so when they ask for a vin number I know I am in trouble because most likely they lack the experience that it takes to be a good parts guy. Dane is one of the rare type who has the knowledge and experience to find you the parts you need like a rotor for a 1945 Ward LaFrance (M1A1) Wrecker from WWII. No they didnt have this truck in their books, but this distributor made by Auto Light and was used in many many different vehicles. It wasnt but a few minuets and he had what I needed.

If you are looking for bottom of the barrel lowest price and dont care about customer service, youre probably better off going somewhere else But, if you dont mind paying a small amount more for authentic old fashioned customer service, give this Napa a shot. The employees give you their undivided attention while you are talking with them which is huge to me. They also are quite knowledgeable about cars, but dont make you fel like they just want to be right. I feel like they make my best interests theirs anf thats nice.

If you need a auto part from a Napa store in your local city area and they dont have it in there stock, there is a high possibility this Napa will have it because its their distribution center for the metro area, they have staff/sales counter to order parts or just bring in your part number.
