The renovation has made the mall very beautiful. The Nordstrom wing is very fancy, with couches and whatnot. Theres a Creative Kidstuff down there now, too, which Im very happy about. Something about this mall makes it like the Bermuda Triangle. Ive been coming here for 25 years and I still couldnt tell you the exactly location of any store, even if its been there forever. Im not complaining; I like this about it. Its just a funny quirk. My wife has experienced it as well and shes not nearly as forgetful as me.

Very impressed with the new renovations and the new stores and restaurants that are now part of the mall. The mall is very clean, spacious, and well-organized. Theres a lot of natural light in the main mall spaces, and its been very tastefully updated. My only gripe would be that there are not enough public bathrooms. Other than that, this is easily my new favorite place to shop and take a break, or meet up with a girlfriend for some time away from the kids and hubbies. Great job!

I would most definitely rate this place a 5!!!! Personally I think this mall is probably the best mall I have ever been to including MOA!! There food court and just the mall in general is always nice and clean! The food court has multiple choices of what to eat. Lot and lots of different stores which I LOVE. So if you are looking for somewhere to shop I highly recommend shopping here at Ridgedale Center.

It has all the stores you need. It has some good dining options. The mall is never super busy, which is good and bad. Good because there are less people to bump into, bad because stores tend to close more from lack of business. Down falls are there in no food court of any kind. Not everyone wants to spend a lot on food just to go shopping. They need an Arbys or McDonalds or something similar.

This mall is more or less across the street from my office. My favorite place in the mall is the Caribou Coffee shop. I also like to buy my greeting cards at the Papyrus card shop. The Boundary Waters cafe is a good place to meet for lunch. Good wild rice soup. In winter or rainy weather I like to take walks in the mall. Im the funny looking old guy with the Filson hat.

very beautiful mall. wowow. a bit rich for me. but I was doing work out here and oh gosh is it stunning. like modern art for sale all over and cool shops. if I made more Id love coming here buying suits and 50 dollar t shirts. but for now I just do construction behind the temporary walls while the bigwigs shop

I give the mall four stars but I give the security two stars so it averages to be three. I was flying my drone in the parking lot today and instead of the mall security coming out to ask me to not fly my drone they called the police instead. Seems like a bunch of degenerate rent-a-cops to me.

Typical indoor mall. Several major department stores and many smaller nationwide retailers. Facility kept pretty clean and bathrooms stocked with paper towels, tp and soap. Not much for food options. Parking lot typically pretty full, but you can find a space within walking distance.

Ridgdale is beautiful but my shopping experience is never pleasant. When I shop after work which I am in my work clothes, I have a residential cleaning business and basically wear grubby clothes to work; no one greets me or asks if I need help etc. It actually posses me off every time.

Nice store selection, lots of random places to sit and rest, bathrooms are nice and clean and the family is a huge plus. The only real letdown is the lack of some sort of food court. Yes, theres some food places scattered, but would be nice for a little bit larger selection.

Used to not enjoy this place too much, but after the remodel... Wow! Theres a high end feel to everything, nice food options, and an overall enjoyable aesthetic to the whole mall. My favorite location has got to be the new "Lolli and Pops" candy store, added in 2016.

Go to this mall all the time. A variety of shops to go to, especially with the renovations. Need to update their eateries however as most of them have been the same for a decade. Attracts a diverse crowd. Has nice stores with good prices (check out H&M).

Excellent mall! My only recommendations for improvement would be a cinema and a proper food court. I know this is a high end mall but even those of us who make good money enjoy slumming it on some mall pizza now and again! BRING BACK BIG SLICE PIZZA!

I used to think this was the most boring mall ever and I dreaded having to come here but they completely changed everything!! They actually have quality stores---all thats missing is more food court options and a forever 21/urban outfitters!!

i went in to Regis hair Salon to buy Shampoo and my Cashier was extremely Rude!! even after i spent 53 dollars kate was her name i will not be back to spend my hard earned money ever again at that place, which is probably what d she wanted .

This has been the mall I have gone to for about 15 years now. Always updating the look and layout and I think its better than it has ever been. Great selection of stores and spots to relax with your family in the middle of the mall.

One of my favorite malls. It feels like going back to a time when people had manners!! People actually say hi to you!! I love the environment, its got most of the places I love shopping at. Makeup selection is great here.

This mall has only improved with time. Parking lot is generally full, but finding a space near a door is not usually an issue. Great place to walk around. It has some more upscale stores and food options. Very clean.

This is one of the coolest shopping mall in Minnetonka. You can enjoy shopping, have haircuts, rest your self in massage chairs and end up eating lot of food and drinks. A real cool place to be with family and friends.

I work at the photo studio in JCPENNIES and spend time in the mall before work during breaks and after work and its a great place to walk around or just people watch its got a little indoor play area my son loves too

Price matching with Amazon is one thing; BB needs to match the accessories as well. Buying Cannon video camera; price was the same as Amazon but Amazon had the camera accessories coming with the camera.

We much prefer the few toy stores here over their counterparts in the Mall of America. Theyre larger or better priced or less crowded and noisy. Bathrooms, however, are too sparse and oddly located.

After the remodel, this place is a pleasure to be in. I dont shop that much but as someone who tags along, I always enjoy being in nice places to window shop, and this is one of those places.

Boy, since the newest renovation, it is beautiful with many great stores and some good restaurants - Redstone, Kona Grill, restaurant in Nordstrom and at least 2 places to grab coffee.

Interior was recently renovated and mall was expanded in 2016. One of the iconic malls to visit. Great shopping experience and along with restaurants. Play area of kids is a nice plus.
